Vit. b12 injectable and uses

What's up bros,

So I recently picked up some b12 from a pharmacy and although it's not my first uses of b12 (by far) it came to mind to find out how else others use b12 to benefit their cycles and life.

For those who don't know vitamin b12 is used for treating and preventing vitamin B12 deficiency, Vitamin B12 is also used for memory loss; Alzheimer’s disease; boosting mood, energy, concentration and the immune system; providing energy and slowing aging. It is also used for heart disease, lowering high homocysteine levels (which may contribute to heart disease), male infertility, diabetes, sleep disorders, depression, mental disorders, weak bones (osteoporosis), swollen tendons, AIDS, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, allergies, a skin disease called vitiligo, preventing cervical and other cancers, and skin infections.
So b12 is huge to the body. And if you care about your health you make sure you are getting an adequate amount.
I find the two most beneficial spectrums are while I'm a low caloric deficit where energy and nutrition is comprised. The other is on pct when my body is trying to recover its own natural test.
Injectable b12 also can serve as a your mixing agent in peptides, HGH and hcg. I will mix b12 in my hcg to recon it so I can eliminate having to take two shots.

The HCG in order is injected IM and mixes really well with the b12. I order it from PSL as it priced fair and from a European pharma. It has also always worked very well in my recoveries on pct.

The b12 I got from the pharmacy comes in single 2ml amps with a BD syringe ready to rock. Quite convenient for traveling with. I have flown with these before with zero issues.

I inject my doses in the morning and it tends to help lift me up through the day.

I recommend injectable over oral as a lot of the vitamin depletes before your body absorbs it orally.

Who else uses b12 and how?

I too was looking into injectable B12 supplementation for a bit. From information I gathered (mostly here at Meso) it seems that it typically is only beneficial if you are deficient in the first place. If not deficient you could be just wasting money and doing needless injections. I am not claiming this to be 100% fact and I'm probably wording it poorly but that is just the info I gathered here.

I've heard both ways. And it's not that expensive to began with. I think the BAC water I used to buy cost more then. 10ml vial. I get a box(5 per box) of 2ml b12 ample and syringe for $3.50 from the pharmacy. So to use it as your recon agent what do you have to lose. Or at that price in general.

Think about it logically they put it energy drinks and shakes and stuff for a reason.

At that price I can see giving it a shot to see if it helps, most definitely. The only place I've found it was almost 10x that price. Given I didn't shop around after reading the mixed reviews.

How much do you use per week?

I take 1 cc twice a week at this point with my hcg (since I am on pct). I often take 1cc 3-4 times a week when I'm on really low calories cutting. And I do feel better on it.

I believe it would be foolish to mix B12 with HGH. Do not do this. B12 seems to operate best IM, whereas GH is fine sub-Q. GH is too fragile to be mixed with anything else than bact. water.

Again, don't do that.

I've also found a B complex works better than just straight B12.

Overall, it's a bit of a painful shot for minimal results. I find myself running it with tren when I feel tired and have little appetite. Overall, I could live without injecting B12 ever again and not miss it a whole lot.

I made a mixture of Kynoselen and Injectable Winnie for a female friend of mine. It worked wonders:)
