vitamiins what else do I need?

Im wondering what else I should be taking, all feed back appreciated also does anyone konw where I can get cheap protein bars by quantity..not powder- bars or drinks. Right now the cheapest i've found is Costco. Anyway heres what Im taking now let me know if Im missing anything cruical:

Vitamin C
Mens Ultra Mega (mmuti vitamin)
Saw palmeto
flax seed oil
Glutamine (5g)
Milk Thistle
Tylers detox
Amino 2222 caps
Calcium
Alpha Lipoic acid
Acetyl-L Carnitine
Glucosomine Chondontrin

Well JMHO,

I would bump the Glutamine up to 20g to 25g ED.

As for the Aminos 2222 caps, I'd junk'em. If your diet is rich in whole foods and you supplement with protein powders then I'd just get some BCAA if you wanted just to make sure your not missing any of them.

Why are you using the milk thistle and Tylers Detox? Are you off a cycle and just cleaning up? If not, I'd really save them for post-cycle clean-up.

There are several other questions too. But I guess this is it right now, lol.

Im on cycle week 4 so Im still killing my liver with the d-bol. I figured Tylers and milk thistle all the way through and post cycle..is this bad. thats a lot of glutamine, but I'll bump it up to 20 and see if I notice anything. I agree about the aminos but a friend hooked me up for free so I don't mind pissing them out.

Generally protein bars are junk. I'd make some beef jerky or something, or pack a good sandwhich.


I know Protein bars are packed with sugar, but I work fireman hours 24 hour shifts and the fridge is not sacred :eek: -people will jack your food, so I have to have an easy protein source I can keep in my pack throughout the day. I wish i could find some Jerky that didn't break the bank..any sources lol.
 
JMHO,

Don't detoxify the liver when on a cycle that has orals. 17aa drugs can increase IGF-1 production in the liver. Because the liver is trying to deactivate the drug. This can cause a higher level of IGF-1 in the body. After the cycle, I'd use the detoxifyers. Either way, you are not going to cause harm.

As for the Glutamine... 10g and up can cause problems. Taking 20 to 25 grams can cause such a surge if insulin, if I remember correctly, that can make you passout, puke, and feel like shit. Start low and work your way up. That way you can know what your limit is.

Thats cool about the Aminos. It can't hurt, so enjoy. :D

I will try and find the info. I read it some time ago and it has to do with "some people" having a reaction to the "L" form. When taken at 20+grams at once. It can cause a surge in insulin and make the user want to puke. Not everyone has this problem. Just some. However, I didn't want him to just go bumping up the amount and getting sick or passing out. Like I said, not everyone has this problem, but some do.

I will look for the reference... I just have to rememeber where I had it, lol.

25g, hell 10g, is a lot for the stomach to handle at one time and can make some people want to puke. Not everyone will be affected by this. If you want to get the official word talk to Mr. Rea, it's his input. It can make some people nauseous and that I've seen. Add to that, insulin and insulin raising compounds and you can have a blackout. Thats why my suggestion to him was to take his time and see how it affects him. I'm not saying that it will happen... Just advising to exercise caution when using things that can alter body chemistry. He's also taking Alpha Lipoic acid and that can affect blood sugar.

Like I said, you can talk to A.L. Rea and have him explain it better. I've not studied it to any real extent that I am in a position to explain it. He will respond to your e-mail, that I can tell you.

As for thousands of people that have talken it at more than the 25g dose. It's even better if you take it at 125g ED. There is a real effect at that level that you don't get at lower levels.

Thanks bros I'l taper up the Glutamine and see. Also Im going to try to find a dehydrator for meat thats a sweet idea. Any tips on brand or price and what type of meat taste best dehydrated. Also which brand do you reccomend for the fish oil?
