Vitamin B12 ??

Anyone know a good site that talks about b12 injectable?

I have always heard about people taking it but I wasnt really sure what benefits it has for bodybuilding?

The benefit is increased hunger. 1ml EOD should do the trick.... It can be IM or subcutaneously..... I mix it in with my regular shot and it looks like a lava lamp......

Mainly increased appetite and increased energy in high doses for BBers. The maintenance functions of B12, such as RBC synthesis, nervous tissue maintenace (myelin maintenance), and DNA synthesis are more than met by dietary amounts or liver stores of B12.
