Vitamin K-2 (mk-7) and blood thickness (HCT)

Went down to the local witch shop aka health food store the owner seems to really know her stuff and also agreed K2 adds in blood clotting. And would be a bad idea if you already had an issue with thick blood. Now with that said I am an idiot so take what I say with a grain of salt!

Yeah plus a quick Google search shows it's a bad idea (maybe though not conclusive) to take k2 if on blood thinners. For a healthy population there is almost no downside.
 
Have you noticed a benefit or too soon to tell?
I had a CTA scan and vascular surgeon said my pipes are clean. Most I’ve read is 500-600 is a good dose. It’s more of a proactive thing for me I guess. This is the one I’ve been taking and it’s 600mcg per cap.
