Vitamins B6 for tren sides?

I have had success with b6 to control the progesterone issue. I still have a pee sized lump under one nipple but it has not gotten any bigger since I started b6 and the soreness is gone.

My question is has anyone had good experience with tren and b6?
I read that b6 is not good to take for extended periods. It can cause nerve damage and skin patches to become inflamed. I take the max upper level dose doctors say can be takes safely, 100mg/day and it works so far.

I know there are other things that I can take like cybergoline but that’s expensive.

My second question is how long have you ran tren at a low dose of 200mg/week?

Forgive my spelling. I am lazy.

I have not used b6 but there are sources you can get cheap Pharma caber from that will definitly be worth having on hand not really expensive at all like under 50 bux and as for the second question I have ran for 5 months before at 200 and definitly would not suggest it

Did you get bloodwork at all? Just because you arent experiencing high estrogen sides doesnt mean it isnt high. The progesterone/prolactin issue on 19nors keeps going back n forth but as long g as estro is in check there should be no problems.

No blood work this cycle. I do use a little letrozol when the nips get sensitive. .2mg a week usually. I also have almost all the other estrogen control meds. I have found when my progesterone is high the pee sized lump gets painful and when my estrogen is high my nipples get sensitive. So I could tell the difference last time, with blood work.

I have not sourced anything in a long time and my source for caber is pricy. I will look around and order some just in case. Any suggestions?

I plan to run the tren up to 16 weeks. No longer. I may stop at 12. Depends on how I feel. I am at week 8 now and feel fine. But I know that can change fast.

No bad sides. No tren dick, no sleep issues when taking mag twice a week. No rage. So far so good just like last
Time.

I was just curious what others were using. B6 is cheap but has potential side effects. Caber, well I thought it was expensive but I will take another look. Thanks.

I remember running tren. And test for about four months before. I do regular bloodwork every 3 months. My doctor closed the door a litter harder than most times, stared straight into my eyes and asked me in a very serious tone "Do you have life insurance?" Then he said " whatever the fuck your doing you need to stop!" not many of the items in my labs were in range, either high or low. I looked good on the outside but was a wreck on the inside. Lipids ,liver values, kidney function, thyroid, etc. Next visit, things were much better, except for the scarring acne, but i didnt have to take my shirt off that day. Couldnt wear white tee shirts.
TREN is a very potent hormone that deserves respect, a little goes a long way

That’s why I will most likely stop at 12 weeks. I have done 400/week but I do see some sides at that dose and little to no more gains over 200/week.

Given what I have read and what you said I will pull bloods at 10 weeks and see what’s happening.

The most likely option is to just go with 12 weeks then come off the tren and then cruise at 450 test the rest of the season. That’s what will most likely happen. I can save that other bottle of tren for next year. I would just love to see what a long tren cycle does. But it’s just not healthy. Tren is the only compound that I really respond to so that’s why.

You using Tren that long it would be a good idea to get liver checked..
If my understanding is correct,, I don't think that injectable steroids have any negative effect on the liver. Its just the orals that can be liver toxic

I always take vitamin B6 whether Im doing NPP or tren. I will take 200mg per day. I so far have never had any progesterone problems. Its like all the other members say,, keep estro in check,, and you should not have any problems with progesterone on NPP and tren cycles.
The lowest I ever ran tren was at 280mg a week. the results were minor but when I tapered up to 350mg/week and added in winstrol,, then that's when I saw decent results.
If you feel that you are not progressing on that dosage,, then I would recommend upping the dosage to 300mg/week and adding in masteron or winstrol. That is going to make a big difference!

Thanks for that. I was starting to think I was alone in the b6.

Unfortunatly b6 at that dose can cause red skin rashes and nerve damage. Not for just a 12 week period but if you run long term b6 is not a good idea medically speaking.

Have you had red rashes, sun sensitivity. Have you had any issues with the b6 at all?

Your understanding couldn’t BE more incorrect. Please continue reading here & researching. It’s important to share factual info with members only or they could potentially follow some bad advise resulting in adverse effects.

I personally have never even heard of anyone getting liver damage/cancer or cirrhosis of the liver by using injectables AAS,, but I have known people to have serious liver issues by taking oral steroids. So,, why do the millions and millions of bodybuilders throughout whole world who use mostly injectable AAS who stay on for long periods of time just never have serious liver problems (or die from liver problems)???

I never had issues with B6,, even with using a sun tan bed while on it. The longest I've used vitamin B6 is for about 6 months,, during a course of using NPP for 3 months followed by using tren for 3 months. I myself never knew those problems existed. But,, my bouts with using vitamin B6 have always been short term,, from 3 to 6 months.

You do realize trenbolone is not a human grade steroid right? Hex is considered to be..
You giving bad advice .. continue reading...go ahead and run Tren year round.. when your eyes turn yellow you’ll know your liver is definitely shit..

What would everyone say is the most effective substances to take to keep liver and kidneys in a decent range when running tren @300-350 for 8 weeks?

Can you please provide stats of people having liver problems from tren? Im guessing maybe 1 out of 1000? But lets see what you come up with. You should be able to back up your statements instead of spurting out 'whatever' without proof
