Voice before and after roids

Right so I know roids can significantly alter the tone of your voice especially if youre female but I was wondering do these effects remain present (in men particularly) after hopping off? I would assume so but I've heard some ppl say their voice went back to normal and whatnot. Anyone got any personal experience with this and if so what was it like?

My understanding is that voice deepening usually only happens on rare occasions for men and at high levels of PED usage, especially DHT derived or highly androgenic compounds. The effects are very mild if they occur at all. They’re also reversible after stopping. In two years of taking gear I’ve personally noticed no change at all in my voice.
