Injected IM, it mimics humalog…..as per Alex Kikel, anyway. I’ve used it and apidra and haven’t noticed a difference either way.

im not sure what great states yall live in but when i walked up to walmart and asked today, they asked me a million questions and told me i had to have a prescription before they would sale me the slin

There is only one state where a prescription is required for R insulin, and that is Indiana.

Did you ask for something for which a prescription is needed, like Novalog?

If you just ask for R, regular, insulin, they hand it to you and charge you about $28 bucks, and you are on your way. Unless you are in Indiana, in which case you might as well be asking for meth.

They carry novalin-R or humalin-R with out prescription. This type of insulin peaks twice so timing is very critical important

i walked up, said can i get insulin through you

she said yes what do you need

i said its for my wife, i think she is on the long acting insulin, lantus

basically then cutting it short she asked for the pharmacy number.

so ill roll the dice and try again and ask for the regular insulin!
