Honest Answer

Don't even think about it. At 6' 140, you have not even driven by a gym. Here is a cycle i have put together special for you.

weeks 1-52

1.5 grams protien per pound of body weight per day.
8000 calories per day good solid food
multi vitamin
Lift, Lift, Lift and Lift

PCT:

52 more weeks of the same

then we can talk about other options.

Hey bro, listen to these guys, they are telling the truth. At that size you need to eat, eat, and eat some more, and then lift, lift, and lift some more, and then do that all over again. Really though, you need to get a good diet plan and weight lifting plan together, and start there. After a year of lifting and eating good if you are still not any bigger than 140 pounds then you did something wrong and you need to ask somebody for help and do it again. You should be able to pack on 20 pounds naturally if you eat right and lift right in a year's time. Good luck bro

"At 6' 140, you have not even driven by a gym."- lol that is funny

Hey bro, i used to be 6 foot and 150-155 and within about 3 years i got up to 205 naturally- just eating my ass off and lifting religiously. Its not impossible bro trust me. Just be consistent with everything and you will with out a doubt make gains. No AAS

Thanks...since aas is out of the question...now comes the other stuff. Suplements, whats the best product? Caretiane? etc...

Seroiusly, get you some good Whey Protien. Take a multi vitamin. Drink lots of water and train like an animal.

My god if you followed this advice EXACTLY, you would gain at least 30-40 lbs easily. AAS is not for you till you finished the above cycle.

come on guys. you want this guy to eat 8000cals. even at 6 meals per day thats over 1300 cals per meal. at 1.5 x 140 = 210 grams of protein thats only 840 cals he's going to need another 7100 cals in carbs and fat. I just think this is going to make him fat and his grocer very happy. This is just my opinion so dont take anything personal, but I say excessive calories don't build muscle, nutrients do. yes you need enough cals. but once you reach your metabolic requirments you don't need alot of calories over that to build muscle. I'd say 3500-4000 cals is more than enough. JMO............11

8k is just exaggeration.... I think he was trying to hammer home the fact that he had to eat a shitload of food.
