I placed an order and got no response from them so after 1 week passed I emailed them and they told me they where having problems with there bank so I decided to cancel the order, 2 weeks passed and I got an alert from my bank that the funds where taken I emailed them again and there response was they couldn't cancel after placing the order which is all bullshit because they had send me an email that the order was canceled and still took my money. Long story short after back and fourth emails. I just received my package yesterday after over a month of waiting still waiting for the rest of my funds to arrive since they took away More money than what I had ordered.

Im a bit confused here. You authorized the xxxx amount of Money to be transfered or withdrawn and the guy some how took out more. Seems to be the bank that is in the wrong here. But bad more by the lab that cancels the order then confirms it by email and then takes your Money. Did you ever cancel the Money transfer or just the order with the lab
