I wanna start off my thanking Skull for bringing me aboard. You have no idea how much it’s appreciated.
Well y’all here’s a bit about myself. I was a long lost drug addict that sobered up in 2013 and that’s when I found the gym. I had not a fucking thing to do and it just started as a time filler and I got hooked (addict mentality I know lol) it’s been an amazing ride so far and am trying to take it to the next level. I’ve been cycling on and off for about 3 or 4 years and am currently starting the blast and cruise. I have done 1 power lifting meet (just for shits and grins got 3rd on dead’s and 4th on bench) and I’ve got 1 body building show under my belt which I placed 5th in my class and am currently training for my second. I’m currently at 175 lbs around 10-12% bf. bench is around 280 lbs and deadlift is around 500. I have a titanium femur and hip ball so I don’t usually squat over 225 (sad I know). But my main reason for going all of you is I kind of had some raw material come into my possession and happened to have an individual invest a couple grand into some equipment for me. Now I know there’s an easy way to do the brewing but I’m going to be using it just as well as people that are close to me. And I’m all about quality when I mess with anything. So any and all advise is more than welcomed.
