So the time has come. 4th cycle. In 20 years. It will be epic. A blockbuster. He shall yet again conquer the throne of sixpacks, muhahahaaa

Here's the low-down

Goal
  • First hitthing single-digit BF, then increase calories to fuel better powerlifts
As-Is
  • 43 years old
  • 96 kilos @ 24% BF (think this is inaccurate as I was 11.2% last year @ 92 kilos, and weaker)
  • Injuries: Metal plate and 9 pins in ankle, limited flexibility. Reconstructive knee surgery, pins and plates, removed half hamstring to tie the knee together again, difficulties getting below parallell...my right hip drops and I lose all power. Smashed left hand, limited "lock" in my grip. Shoulder damage leading to that my right shoulder creeps up on heavy lifts. No pain in the shoulder, but its a source for power leakage.
  • Bench - 115kg
  • Squat - 145kg
  • Deadlift - 180kg
  • BMR of 2300
Training
  • History: 20 years of going to the gym (12 on, 8 off). PLing for 18 months.
  • 150 reps per day, over 2 sessions, Bulgarian Style.
  • Warm up with the bar, then 1 set 65-75% of daily max, then daily max, then whatever it takes for that exercise to get me to 50 reps for that exercise.
  • Repeat and rinse for all 3 exercises.
  • 2 sessions per day is the goal, and I usually hit 10-11 per week.
  • If I miss one workout, fuck it, no sweat.
  • Once or twice per week, I guest a random gym and do something else than PLing.
  • Some cardio, 20 minutes per day.
Diet
  • No alcohol
  • No added salt
  • No junk, candy, crisps
  • Eat in deficit, use MyFitnessPal to track. When goal one is hit, increase calories
  • Have 5 kilos of whey lying around if I need to

Drugs

  • Geneza Pharmaceuticals where possible, some UGL/Phizer/Indian/Alpha Pharma
  • Tren - 400mg/w over 18 weeks (acetate, then enanthate)
  • Test - 750mg/w over 20 weeks (sust, then test e)
  • Mast - 400mg/w week 10-20
  • DNP 300mg Thur-Sun
  • Cialis 5mg/d for blood pressure
  • Adex 0.5mg E3D, history of bloat
  • Caber at hand
  • Nolva and Clomid for PCT
I jab 3 times per week, hamshots so far and will probably toy with delts soon.

Ready, set, go. First shot was on Sunday and I was blessed with tren rash all Monday morning.

It will take a week or so to find my daily maximum. Did 1 * 100 today accompanied by 50 reps split over 6-7 sets of bench, flat and Barbellled. DL and squat in 6 hours, itching to go to the gym ...
 
100 reps today, DL and Squat. Pulled 155kg raw as daily max. Mother of all back pumps. Went on to squat. Didn't really get on with the plates, they were rattling and with a worn core. Swore at them, hit a couple of reps at 105 kilos, and stayed in the 60-90 range for the rest of the sets.

Forgot my Cialis! Red face, vains popping out of the fore head. A bit PIP, but bearable.

Bench tomorrow morning...
 
Lol...not going to happen here. I have a script for lisinopril and do 20 mg in the am and another 20 mg before bed. I'll drop back to just 20 ED once I drop the NPP from my cycle at week 11.
 
Did 100 reps today. 50 bench, the rest shoulder press and chest incline. Am back to the home gym this weekend, will see what's in store for a new daily max on bench plus start working out the daily max for squat. Diet good. No alcohol. No salt. No candy. No fun.

Bench: 105kg
Squat: 120kg (rejigged, to parallell and a bit more forward lean, feels much better)

Squat: 125kg (fail)
Deadlift: 155kg

So I have a baseline, perfect timing as the short esthers should be at compounded max by Tuesday into maybe wed/thur
 
Dude- you aren't really taking dnp on cycle, are you? Horrible idea- dnp is questionable at best off cycle but on cycle it is wasting gear and incredibly dangerous. Stop taking it immediately until you are done with the gear.

I know man. Have 140 50mgs, so can do a 20-day blast towards the end of the cycle instead of 3 days per week for 7 weeks. Will wait until the sust and tren a kick in before I make a decision.

Always looking for input bud, bring it on, but one thing is for sure : for me, this spring, it's better ripped than swole lol

Just make sure you have no gear in your system... Dnp practically induces catabolism while you are spending time and money to induce anabolism. It's like taking sleeping pills to fight to stay awake. Pointless dude. Bulk on gear, dnp after pct.
