Here I am at 220 pounds / 100 kgs, 2.5 weeks in. Yes, it was very cold that morning :(

My scales say 24.5% bf. Last year at this time, I was 11.2% measured professionally. I'd say I'm sub 20....18% maybe, 19%?

Bench: 105kg * 4
Squat: 130kg

My weight is spinning out of control. Weigh 102kg/225lb, and am starting to burst my trousers. Although I feel tight, will need to shift gear and try and shake some weight off. Not worried about becoming catabolic, as the sust and tren definitely are doing their stuff 3.5 weeks in.

DNP time - 300mg ED for 2 weeks
 
I still don't get it. If you want to lose weight why the hell are you taking steroids? You need a lot more muscle on your frame and you are hardly obese. I see no reason to cut fat unless you have a bb show coming up- and I'm sure you dont. Worry about getting bigger and stronger- train harder if you want to lose fat. Don't fucking take a catabolic agent mid cycle.

appreciate your feedback, you are direct as always, I like that about you. My goal is to get down to single digit BF without losing all that lovely muscle of mine - What do you mean you are sure I don't have a BB show coming up lol o_O

So I want to lose weight, get the sixpack out without going catabolic and lose muscle. Goal number two is not a vanity goal - its shifting more weights on my 3 lifts.

What scares the shit out of me is when I hit 225 lbs and start bursting my pants. I can't buy new clothes, that's just stupid, and I was really hoping the adex would keep at least some of the water off me. Those 16 pounds I gained over 2.5 weeks, its just insane.

Therefore, what I'll do is quickly drop 10-20 lbs of fat, and then start the powerbuilding plan.

Make more sense?
