Watch me go KingKong on "Bulgarian Summer Cut" (GP MAST/TEST/TREN)

Weight: 97.9kg

Bench: 115kg * 2

Have awesome workouts, but not that much strength now that the test is out and at 200/week. I feel much better though - all that sust made me lazy, drowsy, sluggish and there was no chance to get two workouts in daily as with now: Up at 0430, first workout. At 8pm tonight, I'll be back at it.

Bench this morning, skwaaats tonight !

Weight: 99.3kg
Bench: 115kg*4

Don't like my weight creeping back up. Been off alcohol and junk, but barbecues and sheer roid hunger are killers. Contemplating strongly that last pre-holiday DNP run ...

Weight: 100.3kg / 220lbs +

Back on the DNP for a 3-day sprint, started last night. Slept 6 hours as anticipated, up at 4am. Headache, vision impaired, no sweats as of yet. Popped 250 last night, and another 250 this morning. Pooped like an elephant, system really cleans itself out on that stuff. Had to flush twice to get that shit down the drain

Went on to squatting. Sometimes, the first days on DNP, I am strong as an elephant and ready for PR because of all that ATP popping. Not so much today, didn't hit depths, got pissed off. Squatted an hour plus at somewhere between 200 and 250 lbs sweating like a madman on, well, DNP.

What did you do to your knee? I read the beginning of your thread but didn't read the rest so I apologize if it was talked about.

I have a severely fucked up knee and am always interested in others with similar issues and how they deal with it.

Reconstructive surgery, took out the thing....what's it called again...the cushion thing between the knee and the bones. Anyways, took out that, tore ligaments on the inside and had to tie it all together with some new cyber-wear drilled through the knee cap. Hardly get below parallell on a good day. Can never run or jump again, nor do things that involve sideways mobility. 5% disability plus another 5% from an ancle damage way back.

But straight up and down, squats and deadlifts, work well, so guess what I started doing a few years back lol. Roll with the punches life gives you right

When I was 30 I basically folded my right leg in half at the knee. I ripped the cartilage, think that was the word you were looking for, off the bottom of my femur.

One 'soft tissue' knee replacement (carticel implant is what it's called) and a femoral ostiotomy later and all I can think is how much I miss being young and unbroken lol :(

It sounds like you have it worse than me I'm afraid. I am rebounding well. Slower than I'd like but well. Running is also gone for me too. I never thought that I'd miss running...

Good luck bro. I feel for you. Here are a few war story pics of mine. Can not actually see the carticel implant though. Just the hardware. _facebook951465513545719.jpg _facebook_1465513572304.jpg _facebook951465513592928.jpg

Cartilage, that's the cunt right there, thanks! Thing is I was a runner. Tall, slim, pounding the pavement, playing squash, basketball, anything and everything that could get me jumping and speeding down the road. I missed it a lot in the beginning and can still dream about running down the road without the knee going bone-to-bone, but hey ho, what can you do. My newfound love in powerlifting has gotten me more focused on not only training but also the entire rest, programming, diet thing. Am doing more hours in the gym than I was doing out there before.

Hope the recovery works out well for you, just suck it up, plough through and respect your recovery period

Weight: 97.8kg / 215.3 lbs

Day 2 on DNP. Slept an hour last night. Sweat is coming. Hardly ate yesterday and did two workouts. The second was ridiculous - deadlift and hardly got 155kg off the floor. Sweat was pouring! A bit bloated as usual, but still dropped 5 pounds overnight. Will run today and tomorrow, then done.

Yesterday was really tough. Calorie restricted, medium hard workout and all that termogenics popping around.

Amazingly enough I was quite strong in the bench:

Bench: 120kg

And the weight fell another 5 pounds overnight

Weight: 95.4kg / 210.4lbs

One more day, and that's it. What I haven't achieved by then in terms of cut will have to wait for next year.

No fair. That's some proper Dnp

Thing is I used to "only" drop 2 pounds over a 24 hour period. Now that I have everything tuned and hundreds of tablets under the belt, I know this bastard and how to maximise its effect. I think I will end up 12-13 pounds down over 3 days, pure fat, no muscle. Unless I die

Ducking warm today. 3 sets of tshirts, two pairs of shorts two showers and water (sweat) combed hair. Last fistful of DNP tonight, flat as fuck, need to carb up to get swole again ...

Weight: 95.3kg

Bench: 115kg * 4
Squat: 155 * 3

Strong and light, don't feel good though .... Must be the psychology of it all coming to an end. Finished off Mast and Tren today. 2-3 weeks on Test, then PCT.

This week just gone was supposed to have been my blast on the dnp and clen... But wife's work cancelled her leave, the cunts, and I didn't fancy looking after the little ones on my own as a sweaty, no-sleep mess. So I've not been able to do it. And I'm pretty gutted.

Bleurgh, mate, there is simply no better term for it, just bleurgh. At least she is out the house so you can practice wanking with chop sticks. Use wasabi on the peckerhead, it increases both stimulation and methabolism

Starting PCT in two weeks. Doing a 200mg jab of Test e per week while I wait. Feel amazing. So I think its time to start rounding off with some conclusions and reflections.

Firstly, this thing was an experiment. I wasn't aiming to bulk nor cut but a bit of both. I aimed to first cut down to single-digits, then build up stronger PLs. And I ended up doing it the other way round, got too excited about the food.

My weight fluctuated from 95kg to 107kg and down to 95kg again. My bench went up a whoopety 5kg, I added 15kg on the squat and nothing on the deads.

And my bodyfat dropped 10%, check this out.

Picture one 09 Mar - 100.7 kg BF of 22%
Picture two 10 Jun - 98.8kg BF of 14%

In Picture three taken this weekend, I had just come out of a two-day coke binge, which to this day is the best cut sprint man can ever have - 95.3kg BF of 10%. That's where I want to stay, but summer barbeques, beers and good life will take its toll. Will see what July brings.

What have I learnt

- Short esters rule. I picked some long esters due to reduced pinning needs. Bullshit, I even like pinning now, its part of the routine.
- Low test, high tren works best for me, and mast rules at 16% BF or 10% BF
- Dry gains work better for me
- 20 weeks is too long. Its not a cycle, its a lifestyle. 12 or 16 weeks next time
- No need to overdo the grams. I will probably go 700mg tren, 400mg mast and either do test plus another dry compound or just find another dry compound to substitute test.
- Cialis works wonders for BP, and allowed me to chase the lady around the room for 6 continuous hours <insert picture of swollen dick. Not>
- 0.25 adex / d for low mgs and 0.5 to 1.0 for higher mgs
- Diet is so much a big part of it, and your body responds so much better to diet changes when on aaS
- Respect your DNP and it will treat you well
- I am going to wait until 2017 for my next run, no rush, am a bit tired of being on to be honest

All in all I had a great time, learnt a lot about my body, how it works and responds and remember, juice is not for Xmas, its for life !

Play safe mesolites, thanks for having watched donkeytv!

My PR calculations above were wrong. I used daily max + 15% (as a daily max is 85% of theoretical max) in the first calculations. So here are the real numbers:

Bench - Start 97.5 kg - End 120 kg = 20% increase
Squat - Start 125 kg - End 160 kg = 30% increase
Deadlift - Start 155 kg - End 180 kg = 15% increase

Now that looks better! Oh, and dropping 10% bodyfat keeping the same weight means I've built 9.5kg or 20lbs worth of lean muscle along the way.
