Water Consumption?

How much water are y'all taking in daily? I'm currently taking in 1.5 gallons. Summer time I took in 2 gallons.

I drink a gallon per day sometimes more.

In the summer, probably double that since I work in attics and shit.

I pretty much force myself to drink in the winter. In the summer, drinking water is as easy as breathing.
 
I usually drink 1.5 - 2 gallons on days I train. Non training days I'll drink about a gallon or so.
 
2+, depending on my work schedule. Hotter than Satan's jock strap in there.

I actually probably over hydrate. Which probably explains the salt cravings. I'll find myself wandering to my kitchen to slam a big glass of water out of boredom sometimes. I haven't pissed yellow any time but mornings in a while now.
 
After rehab I starting carrying a big ass water btl everywhere. Especially at the pub watching footy. The waitress just brings me a huge pitcher of water every time. :eek: But how many gallons actually...dunno a hell of alot :D
 
Atleast a gallon a day, not counting what I drink while I'm at the gym because I feel like I sweat most of that out.
 
Cool, sounds like I'm taking in about the same amount as others. I've actually never really researched how much i should be consuming but just figured I couldn't got wrong with a minimum of 1.5 gallons.
 
Well I think the base reccomendation is like 8 glasses a day, but imo the more water you consume the better as it helps flush your system out.
 
I drink a gallon of 1% milk a day so I probably only drink a quart to a half gallon of water if i had to guess. Does the milk count at all. I piss constantly as it is. I can't imagine drinking more water.
In the spring and summer when I'm hiking and biking I drink more water.

Please record it. lol It can't be done. I watched a show a while back and a bunch of guys tried and they all threw up. Some reason the human body can't process that much that quick

My friend pulled this shit on me years ago, only the deal was 30 minutes to drink 1 gallon of water. It didn't go well at all. I was right down to the last 1/2 liter maybe, and I threw up harder than I've ever puked in my life. I had so much water in my stomach that I could bend forward and the water came back up and fell out of my mouth
 
I try to hit a minimum of a gallon a day. In the summer its more like 1.5G's or more. Sweat like crazy in the mill an while working out. I crave it in the summer. Now I have to force it unless im workin out.

Take my offer and move to TX and I promise you that you'll drink more. What y'all call summer is what I'm experiencing as my winter right now. I'm gonna have to cut my grass this weekend.

A gallon in an hour...it seems like it could be done but i believe what you're saying. I do however enjoy a good challenge. The more I'm convinced I can't do it, the more I want to try.

Did any of them finish the gallon or did they throw up before they finished it?
If you finish it before you throw up, even if you throw up after, does it count or do I have to drink it and keep it down?

LMAO One guy chugged the whole fucking thing and with in less then a min it was like an explosion of diarrhea of the mouth. It was fucking awesome. No you have to keep it down but if you chug it and post the video i'll let you slide.
 
I drink about a gallon or so of water and about a half gallon of milk a day during the cold and cooler months. A little more on training days plus a little powerade.

I just drink when I'm thirsty or hot but the numbers above are what I end up doing. Not bc I aim to hit specific numbers, I'm just a thirsty fuck during the day and I get hot even when it's 20deg out.

Anyway, I've seen two recommendations that seemed to make some sense. One is drink about a liter of water for every 1000cals you eat. 4k cal diet, then drink 4L of water. The other is drink enough water that you get 5clear urination during the day with at least two coming after a training session.
