I love the gatorade packs, find that easy to get electrolytes in. Ill drink like 2-3 a day.what does one take to keep electrolytes in check? drinking water in abundance tends to flush out those precious electrolytes i take an electrolytes powder and eat leafy greens everday any suggestions?

I just ordered some potassium chloride from bulk supplements im gonna add to my pre-workout protein shake concoction ( 25g protein, 125 carbs, 3grams beta alanine,3grams l-citrulline ) and i get 80-100oz water daily with the addition electrolytes powder bcaa and himilayan salt and still i get muscle spasms at times but only in my lower outter triceps its strange
