Watson Test-C (Domestic-Supply) - Blood Work - 2/2015 - LabCorp

Protocol:

- 120mg Test-C per week, split into 2 doses of 60mg each.

- 500iu hcg per week, split into 2 doses of 250iu each.

- AI as needed

Duration of protocol:

- Approximately 6 weeks

Blood draw information:

- Blood was drawn approximately 36hrs after 60mg Test-C injection, approximately 72hrs after 250iu HCG injection, and 24hrs after 12.5mg of Exemestane.

Results:

- 908 TT (ng/dl 348-1197)
- 36.14 FT (ng/dl 5-21)
- 13 E2 Sensitive (pg/ml 3-70)

Comments:

I'm surprised at the results. Based on how I feel, mentally, I expected numbers in the range I usually test in. Compared to the other results I posted on my prescription Test-C, these are lower by at least 300 points.

Although there were some physical indicators that my testosterone had decreased- acne and slight loss in strength- I chalked it up to E2 fluctuations, not getting enough sleep, and diet. Now its clear what the cause is.

A variable factor is the HCG in this protocol is not the same brand I was taking in my previous posted protocols. Additionally, it is not prescription HCG from a pharmacy. The brand is called Zyhcg by Sanzyme Ltd. out of India.

As far as I can tell, the HCG is working. Testicular size and ejaculate volume have not decreased and there is no achy sensation of atrophy. I apologize if this was too much information, haha.

If the HCG is authentic and it the correct concentration, the Watson is under-dosed.

I hope this helps provide more information on the matter. If anyone has any questions, concerns, or input, please feel free to post.

Thank You.
How tall are you and how much do you weigh? I'm actually getting my TT checked tomorrow, I'm on watson from my trt script at 160mg/wk split into two shots.blood will be drawn about 54 hours after last pin of 80mg. I'd be happy if my levels were at 900, I'm about 6 foot 3, 260lbs

6' , 225.

Aside from the difference in HCG, the protocol I used for the Watson, is the same protocol I use with my prescription testosterone. Using this Watson, I'm more than 300 points lower than usual.

When you do your blood work, is it always the same protocol?

no, I just changed it to 2 injections of 80mg a week from 1 injection of 160. We'll see. I'll be very surprised if I'm over 1000 tt

I wish I had some prescription Watson straight from the pharmacy. I would run it with the same 6 week protocol and get another blood test for comparison.

Please post up your protocol and lab results when you get them.

Probably have the results in a week. I'm getting the draw tomorrow for my trt aND getting a gh serum test on the kefeis I've been running

Let's not forget that there are bi-weekly injections of HCG as well which IMHO should put his TT numbers much higher than achieved here if the Watson is real pharma. 7.5X dosage would not be that bad if it were the only thing being pinned though
Yeah, forgot about that. We'll see how my numbers are. I'm actually very curious to see. I definitely don't feel like my TT is very high, but it might just be placebo from coming off blast

Maybe I missed it somewhere but what dose and dosing schedule are you on DMT?

Good write up. With only 160 per week , this doesn't look too bad, but I expected higher to tell the truth, looks underdosed.
I have to say I agree with you. It would be a lot more conclusive if ran longer. Especially with only 120/wk. Accually I agree with @Oregongearhead all things considered. It looks about right to me. Or at least too soon to draw a conclusion.

It doesn't look right at all if he's established a baseline on pharm gear.(What we all should be doing) It sounds as if he's ran this protocol previously and knows exactly where his values should be on that dose. I am willing to bet most people on the same 120mg dose wouldn't be able to feel much of a difference at 900 compared to 1200ng/dl. Bump it up to 500 or 750mg/wk and you should be able to discern whether it's underdosed, depending on the experience of the user obviously.

Yes, I have an established baseline with my prescription testosterone (Perrigo). I posted this protocol and blood work here:

How long would you suggest that Test-C needs to run before an accurate measure can be obtained?

Six weeks at the same dosing protocol, blood levels are saturated.

You know colt I concur with having to find a baseline. Now if I only had some pharma grade to use.... :(

Ohhh colt!.. How about you send your buddy aka "me' :D, some of your pharma? I'll even run a 120 split so we can compare the difference in blood work when certain variables change. Dont do it for me do it for good ol' science! ;)

On a serious note thanks for sharing insert and sorry to hear about the blood work . Look forward to seeing what the mass spec has to say.

Edit: Also, I was wondering if anyone knows just how much that amount of hcg would alter the levels?

Well Gentleman... I tried. As I stated previously I have never had Mass Spec testing done prior to this. After spending countless hours researching labs & sending an enormous number of emails to find a facility willing to do the tests, my excitement may have lead me to become overly optimistic. @Dr JIM was kind enough to review the data I received, and unfortunately his opinion (which I trust) is that the methodology used by the researcher is not acceptable, and therefore the data cannot be trusted. I apologize for getting everyone's hopes up, but I will keep up my quest to find a reliable source for testing. I know this is not what everyone wanted to hear, and I do apologize.
