I'm gonna b honest wit u. If you want results i would forget the supplements and get a hold of some test and do a low dose cycle{ 350-400 mg week x 10 wks} I think moderate doses, say 1 cycle a year has VERY little harmful effects. You will get more gains in 3 months than you would get in 2 years of regular lifting.
You have a good set of wheels, but need to bring up the upper body. Don't get bogged down with the ego thing lifting single and doubles. That's for powerlifters. It won't put a lot of muscle on, and will only get you injured.
Hot yoga is kinda fun, and will prolly get you laid{ nothing wrong with that!} but prolly is not gonna build much muscle. But it's all about fun anyway, so enjoy. Just my 2 cents.....:D
 
Street, I'll definitely take you up on not doing so many singles/dubs...

I've been moving towards more of a bodybuilding split, but still like to throw some heavy
sets in there every once in a while.
