WC Redux

**Didn't have time to post this in the morning so I'm posting it now - pic was take upon waking**

Had to go to the office early this morning so posting pics now.

Weight is still going up and got a bit better sleep last night so water is fading some.

Did legs today, started off with rest pause leg curls and a dumbbell hamstring iso hold. Did some adductor work, then did barbell box squats reverse band using a 3 second eccentric - used a very low box and a regular bar this time (was going to do chain work but honestly the box position is where I lose most explosiveness so I wanted to hammer that with some big TUT sets). Did sets of 10 using a 3 second eccentric, worked up to 405lbs x 10 @ rpe 9 w/ 1 green band per side.

Did some occluded machine leg presses doing consecutive sets of 35,20,15,10 with no rest between. Then did single leg leg extensions and finished off with dumbbbell stiff leggeds.

Thats about it, really good session today. Really enjoyed the TUT of the box squats today.

He was going River swimming last I spoke to him, hope he didn't take ALL of that LSD he had... Told him it wouldn't be a good idea to mix so much with the peyote buttons he had already taken, but he's a rascal. Not a very good swimmer either to be honest.

Anyways, I'm sure he's fine... Nothing to fret about.

Hah, I'm still alive you dicks, although the part about eating the mescaline cactus is mostly true.

Had a couple of promotions at work so free-time outside of training and doing the bare minimum to not let society think I'm a homeless guy with bad hygiene even for homeless-guy standards I haven't had much time to spread my warm essence to all of you in this thread. But I assure you that will change moving forward, I pride myself on being a generous lover and taking risks (usually at the same time).

But that being said, not a single training session has been missed, and all is on a good track.

Current bodyweight is about 205lbs and increasing.

Changes to AAS:
Currently just running 50mg test prop eod, finished the mast blast - time to cruise on a nice reasonable dose; however those of you who know me well know I usually make steady gains on cruise doses , sometimes even better than on blast due to not feeling like shit.

Current protocol:
50mg test p eod

New Protocol (starting sometime mid week)
50mg test p eod
5mg cialis ed
4iu gh qd (2iu am 2iu pm)

So everything will stay the same, just going to add some GH to help with fat burn on the cruise while my weight continues to climb.
