I know there is fitday. Fitwatch etc...
My friend a couple years ago was using a website that actually would keep track of his daily intake.
All he did was find the type of food he ate, select, it would display all the main ingredient contents (Cal,Carb,Pro,Sug etc) and keep a journal.
If ya think of websites that have this sort of direction then please post.
