Starting stats:
5'2"
138lbs
29 yrs old (30 in couple weeks)

Cycle:
Test e week 1-8 600mg 9-12 400mg
Winny tabs week 9-12 30mg ed

Pinning 600mg of test e right now. Was very surprised that on day 3 l already felt pumps at the gym while doing arms that were stronger than normal for sure. Today is day 4 and I'm up 3lbs. Can't wait to get couple weeks in!
 
As of now it looks like:
Monday: chest/tris
Tuesday: back/bis/shoulders
Wednesday: legs/abs
Thursday: chest/tris
Friday: back/bis/shoulders
Saturday: bmx track
Sunday: bmx freestyle

Only have legs once per weak because they are my best quality and with riding on weekends and I'll be riding at least 1 day during week they get enough
 
Today was day 10. Pumps at the gym were awesome! Wish I could stay that size always. Body Weight up 6lbs. Been really working to up my calories. That's the hardest part for me but doing pretty good. Right now coming in around 2,500 and I'd like to be closer to 3,000 (weighed in today 144lbs) Getting in protein at a little over 1g/lb
Trying to eat as clean as I can and get the calories /carbs/fats I need. Not just bulking I started cycle about 10% bf and I would like to finish 7% and 155lbs
 
Is potentially a rough choice for a first go around. Any of the DHTs really. They just really hate some people.

As far as the recomp idea goes: is that the reason for the dosage drop at week 9? This can work, especially with the winstrol. But I would focus on keeping a good calorie surplus early on. Put on the weight, then dry it up and cut it down once you start the oral. Recomp works, but it can be a slow road with just test. Better served to subdivide the cycle and go in phases. Gains will be slowing a bit by then anyway, so it's a good time too switch the diet then.
 
True. I can't visualize 5'2" for shit though. So I can't comment on that. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he knows what he wants though.
 
Well I never said it was my first cycle. I've have cycled at least 10 times now (all as a professional athete tho hints why im still pretty small). I have used winny 4 times now. I thought about dbol but the high conversation to estrogen and waTer weight is why I stayed away. I don't want huge I want bigger and shredded. And yes I dropped test dosage when the winny came in because I assumed that at that point I'd rather stretch it for 2 more weeks and focus on cutting to finish strong. I did the math and I'll be taking winstrol at 30mg for 20 days then 40mg for 10 days. (Bought 100 10mg so I felt this was the best way to use it)

I would like to try anadrol or dbol to switch it up and kind of wish I did this cycle but I have had great results with winny. In the past I was going for strength not size I wouldn't do much upper at all and have gained 8lbs on 4 weeks on winstrol only cycle (which was few yrs back in now know not to ever run without test) but point is gain solid weight on it though most say it doesn't do much except harden them. Also I have never had to go over 40mg ed on it for those results. Tried injections one cycle and oral the rest. I chose oral for this cycle
 
Personal experience trumps theoretical results every time. Sounds like it's a winning combo for you.

Gotta give that dbol a shot some time though. Wonderful drug if you don't have major gyno issues. Good vibrations, fast mass, majestic strength. Oh yeah. . .

(little low on carbs, need at least 300 there and little high on the fat but it's mostly from eggs p-nut butter and milk, and a little more protein but I feel like I'm really close to being really solid.)

Workouts are feeling great but changing up the program. Weight is up 8lbs. My volume has been pretty high but I'm changing my splits to be able to get even more volume without being in the gym for too long. (getting active cardio 2-3 days a week too. Some is high intensity some is aerobic)

Back and shoulders
Legs
