Week 1

Toward the end of week 3 now. Feeling like a beast at the gym with some strength gains, great pumps, and endurance . Body weight Up 10 lbs now. I am now starting to see enough size and sculpting improvement (as well as slightly bloated face) that people are starting to notice changes. Few more weeks and I'm sure I'll be getting questioned if I'm natural, but that just means it's working.
 
Another day on the grind. Feeling strong and gains are good but kind of wishing I had some of that dbol to blow up. Lots of big dudes at my gym making me feel like a chump lol. But feeling pretty good on the gains so far. Up 12lbs total at the end of week 4 and goal is 20 lbs but that includes few lbs of fat I wanna burn at the end. Would like to finish up 6% body fat range. I think I was around 8-9% starting out and probably hAve sTayed same bf so far.
 
Steady gaining. Strength and size get better every week. Not a lot but steady. Up 13lbs in middle of week 5. I have a change in the plan. Got extra winny from a friend for free (same product I already had) so now I'll be running it 6-7 weeks depending on how i feel and if I adjust dosage. Planning to start it mid week next week! Still bulking for about 3 more weeks and plan to stay at 500-600mg test and 40mg per day winny then I'll start that cutting diet and be dropping test back to 300-400mg per week Winny at 30mg per day. At that point I know I won't get much of any gainz dtopping dosage but the plan is to use it just to maintain the muscle as I cut calories and carbs to lean out.
 
Nice progress man! I really don't know anything about bulking and cutting in the same cycle but if it works, it works. Goodluck and keep up the work
 
Yea I'd say it's not ideal but my wife doesn't like the sauce so everytime I get to do it is supposed to be my last lol. So....I gotta get some gainz and shred it in the same cycle. I wish I did some dbol instead of winny and just bulked then did another cutting cycle later but too late now.
Been thinking about doing a show so I wanted to practice and prep as if I have one mid January to see how the body reacts. I plan to get up to 155-160 and cut to that 143 bantam weight, not far now but no shows are gonna be at the end of this cycle. Thinking about getting in another cycle and doing a show next September.
 
Feeling really good. Today was day 3 on the winny. Starting at 30mg (10mg 3x) I'll go about 5 days then bump it to 40mg. Gainz are definitely as good as I would have liked numbers wise but the more I eat and train the more I wanna wake up 180lbs lol. Just gotta keep plugging. I'm up 15lbs right now in week 6 been training 7 days a week mostly gym but some cardio too. Thinking 2 maybe 3 more weeks of bulk then I'll have 3-4 weeks of cutting. When I cut I plan on training 5-6 days a week 1-2 hr a day of cardio plus still lifting hr a day on low calorie low carb and plan to hit the 5% bf range by mid January. I feel like it's going great but any tips or words of motivation are welcome. Now that it's getting good I'll be posting more often! Time to grind and finish strong!
 
Nice progress. How's the strength/endurance/size so far. Also, you train 7 days a week? What's your split look like, i'm genuinely curious. As long as you're making gains i see no issue! Don't have any advice since i'm not experienced, but keep it up!
 
Up went from 138 to 153 so size is on point so far. Would like 5 more lbs in couple weeks but we will see as I start cutting.
Strength is killer bench went from 135lbs for 10 to 185lbs for 10.
endurance is killer. I can lift all day lol. Strength definitely decreases by the end of the session if the intensity is high but feel like i never wanna leave.
I don't get super sore except legs and I am going super hard. Usually start slow first excercise I hit 3-5x15-20 to get blood going with 30 sec rest. 2nd excercise is always the main movement hit a warm up set or 2 then 3-4 heavy sets of 6-10 with 2 min rest followed by a drop set. Then I'll do 2-3 more excercises on that same muscle 4-5x10-20 reps with 30-60 sec rest. So I'm getting some heavy and a lot of high intensity. I wanna be a shredded beast not thick and round lol. Working on sculpture of each muscle.
I don't have an exact split anymore. I feel great and just wanna train every day. When I'm tired I'll take a day off. I train usually chest abs, back shoulders, legs (quads,hamstrings, and calves ) bis n tris. But I switched up this week and did back bis, shoulders, chest tris, legs, back bis shoulders today. Basically just smash and keep it rotating. If I didn't hit it hard I'll hit it again in 2 days. If I got really sore I won't work that muscle for 4 days. But mostly everything is getting hit 2 times a week.
 
Thanks for the interest ghost chicken. The more interest I have Ill go more in depth on the log. Kinda felt no one really cared but sll good I'm doing it for me. But I do have decent gainz to show considering my cycle is really mild. I would like to see what I can do on a big dog cycle. Dream would be test, dbol, decca, tren bet I could be 165lbs 4% bf (only 5'2") Training and nutrition is on point. Hmu if you have questions!
 
For Winstrol oral you take it 3x a day. I read. When you go to 4 a day are you doing that exactly. 4 x spaced out even. Or for example 1 in morning 2 preworkout and 1 at night?
 
I did 4 yesterday and did 4 separate times but there's no way I'll remember that every day. Start thinking did I take that 3rd one? Haha. So today it's 2 for breakfast then 2 for my bedtime snack

set an alarm clock on your phone and carry a little pill fob on your keys (that's what I do). great job so far.
