Week 1

Can't wait to see those results in few weeks. I can already see a slight difference that the skin appears thinner. @D-Ballin get that workout! I think these workouts don't have to be pr level but give it all ya got!

Yeah, I tried it like that before. And also full keto. Not for me. The damned nausea would stick with me all day after lifting.

I look at the lifting more as muscle preservation, and HIIT style exercise. More about performance and increasing metabolism than burning fat calories directly. I have cardio in the morning for that purpose.

The deficit is the end all goal. The trick is staying sane while maintaining it for me.
you're blasting tren right now, right? is your cardio doable or is it more of a "i know i have to, so bite-the-bullet" kind of thing

Moderate steady state is fine at this dose. Actually quite manageable, I just quit smoking, so I've been making improvement despite the tren.

HIIT on the other hand. . . Misery. Extremely noticeable performance drop. Kicks my ass. Struggling to stay motivated with it, but "bite the bullet", right?

haha exactly! I'm really hoping/trying to convince myself the tren effects on cardio are somewhat over blown, or at least they won't be as bad with component-th (compared to UGL)

Haven't been hitting gym as much or as hard as I'd like. Have had couple hard workouts and few quick pump it up and get out workouts. Getting some cardio here and there. Really busy working but diet is on point. Here's a progress pic

I really wanted the shoulders and traps popping and I'm really happy with both
I worked a lot probably the most on chest and i get awesome squeezes but it doesn't wanna grow very much since about week 4... it's the weak Link now I think.

Body has really adapted to the diet going 3 days low carb 1 day high. Energy feels great on low carbs. It's 630 pm and I've only had 35g today. Having 15g carbs (1/4 cup oatmeal) pre workout and feeling great at gym. The first few days were rough but then I guess the body adapted and started to use the fat for energy. Day 1 is easy, 2 is ok and 3 is hard lol. Day 3 the carb craving is insane. Been pretty much eating whatever I want on carb day rewarding myself for the 3 days of starvation I'll see how the results look in a few more weeks.

Well I ate whatever I wanted for 2 days during xmas eve and xmas. Now today was day 3 of low carb again. I killed it today, hr am fasted cardio, 90 min back n bis, 45 min evening cardio and felt great today on energy and cravings weren't bad. I'm coming to the end of 3rd week cutting. Definitely taking longer than expected but it's what most told me to expect and I feel good on this diet so I'll go couple more weeks. Weighing in at 152lbs (down 6lbs from peak bulk) I'll post some pics and wrap up this log in the next week couple weeks. Really happy with the results, thanks for following guys
