Week 9 upping gear from 400-500 to 700-600???

I weight 190 now I was 178 so that's 12 lbs but it doesn't look like 12 it looks like 5 maybe....What the deal I been eatting I think the QV shit is underdoesed...Decca QV and test enthate...Help me out leave some feedback please!!!
 
Clearly, you are relying on the gear to do the work for you. It's apparent from your post. Obviously, you're not eating enough and probably not training in the most effective manner.
 
No disrespect to you Grizzly but we do know that qv has a reputation for being underdosed. And with all the fake gear out there, one shouldn't be surprised if some of us come up with fake every once in a while. I personally do not like qv and feel like my friends and I got a lousy batch (fake) and I"ll never do qv again.

I personally think it's not his diet at all. If he's doing proper lifts and proper diet he can expect to gain 1 pound per week with no gear. So I think he's wrong for trying to up his dose. He ought to throw it away.

Sounds to me like he is loosing bodyfat and gaining hard muscle. 12 pounds in 9 weeks is not bad, considering you can only pack on 8 lbs of lean muscle a year naturally.

Post your stats. Whats your diet like? If you did'nt have your diet and training in check before starting a cycle than it is a waste.

My answer is no as for upping your doses. It would be a waste.

And no one gains a pound a year naturally. If it was that easy no one would use AS.
 
take note

there are so many other parameters involved with the effectiveness of gear. ie... the gear, diet, sleep, rest, stress, age. All drugs will not work as effective as others. Just tweek and be glad that you have made gains. i used 500mg of upjohn test cyp, 20mg of rsoc bolasterone caps and400mg of deca. i didn't see very much in gains for 5-6 weeks, but now i am 35 yrs old. Also I didn't eeven sleep well. Be patient, and do not overtrain listen to ur body.. you may not be religious or not , but I have some biblical advice for what it is worth; "be anxious for nothing, but in all things seek prayer, and let ur petitions and requests be made unto God.

Ripped- I understand that QV may be underdosed...supposedly. However, so you lose maybe 100mg/wk. Big whoopty fucking do! If 100mg is that precious to your ability to gain, then you're doing something wrong...like I said earlier.
 
I know how to lift weight I lift with 2 buddies who have been lifting for over 10 years and they push the shit out of me...I eat a lot of food I mean all my friends think im nuts cause i eat like every sec i can. I eat,sleep and train hard...I have not seen really any strenght grown. I take my 3 shakes and I eat my ass off for being 190 i promise. I just want to hit my goal which is 200 i have 5 weeks to go...THINK ILL MAKE IT?
