week weight cycle 5x5,5x3,3x3

Hi!

What do you think about doing week weight variation on basic exercises (DDL, bench, squat). Like this:

Mon: 5x5 (5 sets, 5 reps) all exercises
Wen: 5x3
Fri: 3x3

Every week new cycle like that.

it's too heavy and intense if you are running all the major exercises that way.

You'd be better servd doing a couple weeks at 5x5 (twice per week), a couple weeks at 5x3, and then a couple weeks at 3x3
