Aug 3, 2006 #2 AnimalMass New Member it's too heavy and intense if you are running all the major exercises that way. You'd be better servd doing a couple weeks at 5x5 (twice per week), a couple weeks at 5x3, and then a couple weeks at 3x3 Matt
