Is that per pen? Sure, someone could be getting it via insurance and selling it off. Ask for a pic and I can tell you 100%. There are lots of shitty semaglutide pens being smuggled into the country from China as counterfeit Wegovy.
But at those prices, Eli Lilly is selling legit Zepbound (Tirz) for less, if you're a cash payer without insurance that covers it.

Well, thats not how insurance works in my country.
I'm from Scandinavia, also its very difficult to get that stuff here.
Do you know any suppliers for WeGovy or Zepbound?

Tell them you're either 27 BMI (look up weight for your height based on BMI chart) with high blood pressure, 140/90 or you're 31 BMI with no other conditions. You have tried diets and exersize for a year but can't bring your weight down. You would like a prescription for Wegovy(or Zepbound).
It's about €335 for 4 pens of any dose private pay at the pharmacy.
Zepbound is about €290 and a better option in my opinion.

They will start you on the lowest dose, and only increase once a month, until you reach your goal weight, or get to the maximum dose, just so you know what to expect.

Of the genuine pharma product? Likely not, the copies are effective, plentiful and cheap. Few would be willing to pay the premium for the real thing, The stuff presented as genuine pharma is almost certainly fake, despite the high price.

Those are fucked up prices imo for singles your can get vials from venders like GSC for so much less. If you are on a lower dose you can buy 10x 5mg sema vials for 105, that is 50mgs for less than they charge for .25mg
