So I understand one is supposed to eat more carbs and calories on weight lifting days and less on non-weightlifting days. But what about on days you run or HIIT? Your still using your muscles and they still need calories and glucose. I lift 3x per week, HIIT 3x/week. Do I need more carbs and calories on lifting days vs cardio days? By how much? For my rest day how much less should the calories and carbs be and how much more the protein and fat.
