weightlifting vs off day macros

So I understand one is supposed to eat more carbs and calories on weight lifting days and less on non-weightlifting days. But what about on days you run or HIIT? Your still using your muscles and they still need calories and glucose. I lift 3x per week, HIIT 3x/week. Do I need more carbs and calories on lifting days vs cardio days? By how much? For my rest day how much less should the calories and carbs be and how much more the protein and fat.
Female
118-124lbs (fluctuates all the time)
2300cals/day (average)
5'3
goal: keep bf low (currently 17%)

It all depends on what your body looks like and what you what to do with it Or are you actually a competative weight lifter?

I don't compete. Female, 5'3 118-124lb fluctuation, ruffly 17% bf. I want to make sure I split up my macros correctly throughout the different training days and off day to reap the most benefit.

Are you really here for advice or to promote your products?

does anyone have an answer. I'm really confused about this and want to make sure I'm doing things right

No one can tell you exactly how many carbs/fats to consume, you have to judge from how your body looks and how you feel strength wise.
Everybody is unique and an individual needs to find the diet that is effective for reaching their goals. The best way I can suggest to achieve this, is to diet down to the % of BF you are happy with, then add cals and see how your strength and condition reacts to it.If you start to get too fat/puffy take away some carbs and add more good oils. You have to find a happy medium. You wont be able to achieve huge gains in power/strength/muscle size, without a lot of calories, which will cost you condition. It is mainly genetic.
