Weird fluctuations and low free test?

Hi everybody. I need to clarify something...
I've been cruising (200mg test E weekly) for 2 months and after a bit longer time I went for bloodwork, I went for the first bloods 3 weeks ago... Two things surprised me - very high estradiol (WTF I always had estradiol in the norm, I never needed AI in the cruise before) and quite high total testosterone, my lab unfortunately doesn't measure anything above 52.1 nmol/l so I don't know the exact value, however it's still very high for cruise. I put on adex 0.25 eod and after 3 weeks I went for bloods again. I managed to lower my estradiol a bit but it's still quite high for only 200mg a week (this is really weird) but I'll probably leave it at that because I don't feel any signs of high estrogen and I feel good (definitely better than on low E2), my shape is also good. The only thing that bothers me a bit are the not so great pumps and there's one more thing that puzzled me - much lower free testosterone than 3 weeks ago, I didn't even measure total testosterone anymore because it wouldn't be worth it, it wouldn't measure above 52.1 anyway. How is it possible that I have so much lower free testosterone than before, I did not change the dose, is this normal? The only change was the change of the raws source (I homebrew) and ester (from test E to C) but the source is verified and has a good reputation here, I don't think that's it...I also have one more question - Isn't 305.10 pmol/l a low value? I know that according to my lab it's well above the reference range but according to the general range of (173.5-777.28) pmol/L it's quite low. Thanks for the reply and sorry for my English.

Did you change pinning frequency, also did you change how many days after your last pin you got the test….

If you pin monday and go weds, you will have different result then if you pin monday and go friday.

No, I didn't change anything. I always pin Mon and Thursday. Bloodwork was done on Thursday morning in both cases, numbers should be the same.

The testosterone content of cypionate is 3% less than that of enanthate.
The half-life is longer in cypionate, so the peak is at a different time.
We don't know the total testosterone in both cases and only in one case we know SHBG level. So, we can only guess.
