Weird looking muscles?

I finished a test e 12 week cycle about 4 months ago now, however training in the gym hasn't been the same since.
As you've read from the title, my body has changed quite a bit in regard to what I I use to look like. Almost totally different compared to me during my natty state.

My arms have become oddly shaped, almost like slight atrophy and has become quiet flaccid looking unless I get a pump. I don't how else to elaborate it, but they just look deflated.

Being in the hypochondriac state I'm in lol, I've been stressing over serious illnesses like muscular dystrophy (Usually inherited, no one in my family has had it) or peripheral neuropathy.

Just recently I've had a blood panel done. Everything seems to be fine however my cortisol is all of a sudden high and my CK a little over (due to the fact I trained the day before, not to warrant any muscular dystrophy).

I've honestly become depressed about the situation, even my strength has declined slowly. I just wanted to ask whether any one on here has experienced the same thing once coming off cycle.

You can't expect to hold onto 100% of muscle mass put on during cycle and you certainly can't expect to hold onto all the strength you aquired.
Your test is declining back to its original state or possibly lower than before while you recover, and what allowed you to put on so much mass and strength the past 12 weeks? That's right the high levels of T that you're no longer injecting.

Completely normal thing just train hard and eat big to prevent as much loss as you can. Don't let it keep you out of the gym.

Thank you for such a reassuring response broski! I would hug you if I could (no homo). It's just so depressing in the gym now lol

Lolled! Soz man. Been off for a while nwo

Honestly , depression is one of the hallmarks of hormone therapy , and when it hits , you"ll know it and it lasts quite a while . Hormones slowly change , its not a fast change . So slow your not aware that it is the steroids thats causing it . Get a bloodtest (full hormone panel) ;) Goodluck ~Ogh

I'll be honest tho man, I'm still tryna figure out why my muscles are looking so weird (mainly arms). They're pretty deflated looking than usual and they move weirdly when I contract the muscle. Sometimes they fatigue quickly too because it feels like a lack of blood flow (lack of pump)

Did you do a proper PCT (post cycle therapy) after your cycle ? If your not fully recovered from your last cycle this could be one of your problems...

I actually didn't end up finishing PCT entirely man. I was like 2 weeks from finishing, only for my parents to throw the remaining clomid and nolva tabs away because they thought it was steroids funnily enough.

Your hormones could be out of wack because of unfinished pct. if your testosterone is low or still shut down your e2 level may be making you bloated so you look flat and flabby
