Grab it with nail clippers. Then swap it good
Bend it back an fourth till it works its way off. Always swab with alcohol before brawing your gear to make sure the top is good an sterile.
Amps are easy. Ive always taken a lid off the top of a bic writing pen an put it over the top of the amp. Much safer for the fingers as well lol

Thats a great idea, heard of using the barrel of a syringe too.
Remember my first amp, busted that shit all in my hand lol didnt care about the blood as much as wasting a whole thing of hcg.

Another method is to score the neck of the amp with a knife, and then use a washing peg. Stick the head of the amp through the hole in the peg up to the score mark and you can snap it off cleanly and safely. Use a thin cloth and you'll never get cut.
