Seriously they gave you good advice on starting dosages girls and steroids is such a sensitive thing people will be quick to give you wrong advice and mess you up be careful with what people tell you do lots of research on what your taking. But anavar is fairly safe for you 10mg have fun with the gains!

If you want to split a single capsule into two servings, you could dump the poweder out, devide it into two equal piles, then either try to get one of the piles back in the capsule or just get two small cups and dump the piles in there.
Then when it's time for a dose, dump the powder in your mouth and chase it with water or what have you.

Cover the 2nd cup with saran wrap and do the same as before when you need to use it again.

Will probably taste nasty, but it's something you get used to.

Anything powder that i take (Creatine, Emergen C, etc) i do that way. So much easier than mixing and chugging.

Yeah OP, You can re-capsule them. I have a little machine I use for other powders. You can do it by hand though if you don't want to invest 30 bucks on the pill press. Shoot me a message if you need some help but just like mentioned just cut the powder in half. Not a rookie mistake
