Finger prick here. They mainly check for under the limit... But I've gone in and been high, I think it's 57 here . She literally tested every finger until it read in range...kinda cool.
Will or does hydration matter? If you were to super hydrate would it drop the RBC count?
Dehydration causes hematocrit & rbc to elevate due to less fluid volume in the blood but will drop back down if you rehydrate.
