What AI do you use and why?

Hey guys, been using aromasin ever since my first cycle and been thinking of switching to afex recently. I need to draw bloods to see where my e2 is at but I feel like aromasin might be crashing my e2 everytime I take a dose (12.5mg x2 per week) getting usual symptoms like no motivation. Anxiety etc.

Also when is the best time to pull bloods to see what my true e2 reading would be after taking Aromasin? Iv had mixed answers some say 24 hours others say 3 days

I don't use AIs anymore. Caused me more issues than they solved. I either try to keep my cycles smaller or I use anti estrogenic compounds during my cycle.

Thinks I've noticed that lower my estrogen:

Cialis
EQ
Primo

Mast also helped but it didn't actually lower my E2 in bloods.

aromasin king of ai's, but never really had estrogen issues and ran up to 500 test i usually just use eq if i run high test tbf. I nuked my estrogen to grow

I use aromasin whenever I run MENT. Usually start Asin 2-3 days before taking any MENT and only then introduce MENT.

Bro science but it works, no e2 side effects from MENT that way.

aromasin. so far no issues. ive used it quite a lot in doses people would think "you will crash your e2" without actually crashing it.
750 test & 100mg aromasin per week = 59 pg/ml

Haven't used an AI in many years. For many, they do more harm than good. Some people do need them thought.
