On my first cycle of Test enan 600 and eq 500 and am scared to death of damaging my tendons/ligaments.... I've seen posts from vets saying their only regret is they wished they'd taken more preventative measures to protect their connective tissues.

What are considered the best products to help protect from this.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Okay lets get one thing straight. Nothing will protect your contective tissue better than common sense and proper training form/technique. I have heard many people push glucosamine and glutamine and msm....but lets get real for minute The only reason you have problems with your joints now is the sudden increase in strength and therefore sudden stress to tendons and ligaments in and around key joints. The test and EQ is a great combo and will increase the repair rate of the damage but it can only go so far. This damage is not directly related to the gear but more to the training and therefore, I suggest you save the $ you'd blow on MSM, etc and spend a few more minutes on planning safe consistant increases in weight with focus being on form. I second that one. Instead of slapping on a ton more weight for 3-5 reps when your strength starts increasing...add some reps. I'm bout done with my first cycle and I learned the hard way as I've been battling some connective tissue problems since my strength exploded. My new plan for cycle two is don't add more weight until I can get 12 reps at weight "X" Then only add enough to get 8 reps. It's soo easy to get excited about the strength gains and want to do a ton of weight, but I think in the long run, you'll do a lot better by using some discretion.

just my noobish two cents.

all my joints are shot at age 32. had elbow surguries, cortizone in knees, elbows and shoulders multiple times. my girl is a practice manager at a veternarian and she gets me this glucosomine/chondrotin (sp?) meant for "large breeds". last winter i did my first cycle of deca/sust and was scared of the joints but they never felt better while i was on. i heard deca can do that. afterwards they went back to shit, but not any worse than before. good luck bro.

GLC 2000... pretty good combination of glucosamine and chondroiton...

it has helped me out since i've been down from surgery... got 1 more month till i am done with PT...

also another thing... i've done some research and talked to my chiropractor a bit and he is a big believer in enzyme therapy instead of anti-inflamatories because they work relatively like steroids... the more you put in your body, the lest your body produces on its own....

enzyme therapy which worked well for me post surgery is what i would go with... look into it
