til I go to sleep. I know I'm supposed to eat better but I work pretty much from my truck. I spend my day on the road and have no microwave to meal prep. what do you guys eat hows it working? btw this is my first cycle I'm on my 6th week.
.

Eating from a truck isn't an excuse to eat poorly. Not with me it isnt. What your probably doing needs better preparation. Lack of preparation leads to poor choices. As far as eating it cold? Just gotta man up. I eat 1 warm meal a day and that's dinner. I got choices that make cold food go down easier tho
1 if you insist on eating chicken which we all do because it's cheap then prep rotisserie chickens. Their $5 a bird at sams and I can split one bird in to 3 meals. That's 2 chickens for a whole week. Between the salts and skin rotisserie is good cold and I haven't found a better replacement yet.
2 I prep omelette's loaded with meat everyday cuz eggs don't sit well for a whole week of prep. Let's see 4 egg omelette, 5 0z of any meat and 1 cup of Greek yogurt will land you at about 80 g protein throw in a banana and apple and your set.
3 I usually have a salad prepped with either tuna or chicken and lots of it. Incase my appetite doesn't come around. Cuz if you can't eat a salad well you can't eat nothin
4 I always have a couple shakers loaded incase I get ridiculously busy and cannot for whatever reason eat. It's not a reason to use them as that would be too easy but they are there. Better than nothin

I have a large shoulder strapped cooler from wally's that can fit multiple tupperwares and drinks that I pack with ice packs everyday. I easily put 6000 cals a day and 400+ grams of protein in this way

I did the shakes and bars in the past, but you need food. I know how it is not having stuff available to eat the way you want.

Best thing to do is bring foods you can eat cold, honestly you just have to deal with it to grow and get your food in. Shakes and bars won't take the place of foods, it sucks but that's just how it is.

If it helps I just look off in to the distance or get lost in my headphones while I eat my uninteresting food. No it never tastes good cold but that won't stop me. Chew swallow repeat. Nothing fancy

Yea it sucks. im not a truck driver im just always driving. I may look into buying a shitload of.chicken and prepping for the week. I know I can make a few omelets in the a.m. Do you guys eat only 3 meals or constantly eating? If so what's youre go to "snack"?

7 a day. 5 out of which are solid meals. The other 2 are shakes with nuts or fruit to go with. As long as you reach your calorie needs it doesn't matter how many you eat. If you can do it in 3 then good

Looks like ima have to start prepping chicken breast and put them up at my window.. Thatll keep it warm-ish

I like to eat more meals than 3 a day, you don't want to stuff all your food at one time. Over time it will cause stomach to look bloated all the time. If you can keep your meals spread out and steady eat you will do better.

I eat at least 4 meals during work, if I snack on anything it's something like beef jerky and nuts something like that. I'm not sure your build or your goals but it all comes down to that.

Try not to worry about warm. I like to get some tupper wear and make chicken salads and cold chicken wraps. Tortilla, chicken, lettuce, and a bottle of water. Goes down quick n easy (like zero to heros mom)

Gotta diversify. If your gonna go full retard on chicken how long will that last? I promise you I never eat the same meat twice in a day.
1chicken
1beef
1pork
1fish

Just get your diet figured out, we are all different so I can give you ideas but who's to say it will work. Cut your fats and sugars back mild carbs and high proteins, that's what sucks about shakes a lot have high sugars.

Ch

Fish? Cold?.idk... Lol. Give me an example if you may of a meal per each meat
What is so hard? Once you have your meat then you have to choose. A carb choice or a veggie choice. I usually only eat 2 meals a day with carbs and their big ones pasta being the favorite. The others get brussel sprouts, salads, mixed green shit. What ever man.
