I’m talking about unusual or uncommon ones, apart from just getting proper sleep, food, blasting gear, controlling stress, etc.
For me, I get regular massages and foam roll the shit out of sore muscles. In addition, I like to take ice baths from time to time, although not too often as there is evidence that it negatively affects hypertrophy.
What do you guys do?

Also that foam rolling for more then 10-20 minute sessions are no good. Also only going 1 inch every 5 seconds when foal roling

Lol shit. Didn’t know that haha thanks
I double checked the info, it should be 1 inch per second. For foam rolling. Not staying on one muscle for to long. The total session should only be 10-20 minutes. Focusing on muscles only ntendons, or not the IT band. But the muscles only.

this is according to the CSCS. Strength and conditioning textbook.

also the ACE fitness has a good article on it if you would like.

here it is.

I find doing some light static stretching once a day elliviates some pain I feel and soreness.

After heavy training I soak in a cold bath for 10 minutes then shower in hot water followed by self massage for muscle groups I can reach. Serves me well and promotes blood flow/growth.

Where to begin..... infrared sauna, foam roll, handheld ultrasound, percussion massager, and a tems machine (no it's not a Dr. Ho's) Basically have a whole physio therapy suite in my house.
There's a price for all that ripping and tearing.

Jesus Christ you have an infrared sauna in your house?

Yoga. Not all of that quasi-spiritual, new-age soccer mom nonsense -- just the stretching.

My joints are way less sore when I'm consistent with it.
Do you follow any specific routines? I’ve been trying to incorporate more of this into my own regiment

Not really. I just bought a book on yoga poses and I do the ones that are intended for the areas that I worked that day.

I'll usually do some foam rolling after that.
