What books should wedo read while injured

Trail guide to the body, it's an anatomy book like no other and great for learning where muscles originate and insert which is great to know for foam rolling and stretching and understanding what muscles complement one another. Plus it's one of those books you can study rather then just read so takes more time.

My recommended reading list for fracture healing:

Meditations by Marcus Aurelius

and

Misery by Stephen King

Alternatively, if you like movies, there's a great move I saw while recovering from surgery that I enjoyed called Bone Tomahawk.

10/10 movie, would punch in the face whoever made me watch that shit while healing a broken bone.

The Dark Tower series. Best book series ever.

That was the most gruesome western ever. Good movie though.

Depending on the duration, I have a few for you.. "Good Hunting an American Spymasters Story", 1984 by George Orwell, and "The Prince"
