What compound changed your physique the most?

On cycle strength and appearance, trenbolone.

Throughout the whole journey of years of cycles, testosterone is number #1. Everything else is just added on top of testosterone.

i think it all depends what we are talking about and what we value most in terms of "change." Nothing ever blew me up faster than test / npp / anadrol, but at my age Im not lookin to get much bigger so I value recomp / cutting compounds most, and in that regard, nothing touches tren. Every time i fuck with it, i just can't believe how rapid the changes are.

i ran ran a moderately heavy sust/tren cycle in my 20s and looked insane but got lazy with my PCT after had to get gyno surgery. Never went back to tren again.

Besides test I would have to say Anadrol. It just works very well for me. Don’t need much to get results in strength and appearance. Usually 50mg pwo for 30 to 50 days, then i drop it and go back to high trt.

Why Reta? All the hype makes me want to try it lol.
made cutting entirely effortless. Not a single craving for savory, sweets, etc. The only thing i "crave" sometimes is lean angus beef which I eat a few times per week. I didn't experience the super rapid weight loss that many have, but I was not that fat to begin with, and have a lot of muscle on my frame. It's done exactly what I could have hoped for, which is improve my bloodwork, drop fat, and control (not crush like tirz did) appetite and cravings.

For everyone saying tren, I'm curious what doses if you don't mind sharing.
in my 20's i ran the customary 100 mg ace EOD. More recently I've been obsessing about using the least effective dose. I have run 70 - 140 of ace per week with minimal side effects and all the benefits I can recall from the 100 mg eod. On the fence about firing it up again in the near future, likely 70 - 105 per week

ganglion cysts? I've had one recurring forever. It's irritating.
Thought it was a ganglion cyst to start with, then maybe a giant cell tumor which i had surgery to remove. When i woke up from surgery, i finally got an accurate diagnosis Synovial Chondromatosis: A Mysterious Condition That Mimics Osteoarthritis. About a golf balls worth of rice grain sized bits of cartillage. Most got removed. Some still there. 2 years so far and hasn't got worse, but my joint was almost locked at the worst. Now im pretty functional, but can't chance it's return.
