Most people are saying tren and while tren did make me look crazy and a big increase in strength, superdrol made tren look like a little bitch in comparison. I used it in a pretty big deficit (>1000cal) and I literally went up like 20-40lbs on every lift in about 2 weeks. It made me fuller and drier at the same time almost instantly it was kind of scary. Unfortunately it made me so lethargic I couldn’t do my cardio and my liver literally started to hurt so I had to drop it after the 2 weeks. I was using 20mg injectable sd ed compared to 350mg tren A, 50 ed. Also when I went off the superdrol a lot of the cosmetic effects went away and I thought I looked like shit so that suckedJust a random discussion.

What changed your physique the most, gave the biggest push together goals, or became a staple in your stacks?
always gives me heartburn , everytime no matter what. Injectable Superdrol work well for me 20mg ed 2 week sample size.Besides test I would have to say Anadrol. It just works very well for me. Don’t need much to get results in strength and appearance. Usually 50mg pwo for 30 to 50 days, then i drop it and go back to high trt.
DHB had really got my attention but from what I gathered it does create a pip and painful injections also it's short life you have to inject every day or every other day and also how much is a milligram per milligram basis per injection a lot of people say 100 mg of DHB is an equivalent of 200 mg of testosterone or is it 400 mg of testosterone I also hear it's all very liver toxicating is this all true and how do you cycle on and off of it on a cutDHB definitely changed my physique the most. But in the worst ways possible.
NPP has had the most positive effects.
I ran 200mg/wk dosed daily. Within a couple weeks I had acne like never before in my life. Mainly on my biceps and forearms which was totally new to me. I switched source twice and had the same experience each time. Both my liver and kidneys were damaged from it. 20mg per day good enough for good strength gains and full muscle bellies, a ripped look and some good aggression boost in the gym. These effects go up a tiny bit for each ~10mg increase up to 50mg per day (140 vs 210 vs 280 vs 350). I don't think trenbolone is worth it for long term goals but if I would do enanthate it would be 20mg per day, 30mg tops.For everyone saying tren, I'm curious what doses if you don't mind sharing.
How were your sides with less than 150 / week? Mine are minimal / zero.20mg per day good enough for good strength gains and full muscle bellies, a ripped look and some good aggression boost in the gym. These effects go up a tiny bit for each ~10mg increase up to 50mg per day (140 vs 210 vs 280 vs 350). I don't think trenbolone is worth it for long term goals but if I would do enanthate it would be 20mg per day, 30mg tops.
At 350 it feels like I can break barbells and look very ripped and full, but 350 is a humongous trenbolone dose. Beyond that the sides make it unbearable; quality of sleep is down, sleeping 4h then just waking up unable to sleep again, constant jitters, severe acid reflux to the point of needing 2-4x20mg omeprazole (which I later discovered is a bad solution to this type of acid reflux), getting winded during warmups before the real sets have begun, and worst of all injury risk with heavy lifts as the aggression, strength and confidence is too high and pulling a muscle here and there becomes common and sets me back in training.
The CNS activation is also too much. When you go off the trenbolone, your body is used to that level of CNS activation, so normal feels like complete crap and you struggle to maintain normal training intensity for a few weeks and need to really push yourself to not lose gains from not doing your normal workload.
My next experiment is using trenbolone acetate as a preworkout ~12h before training, to get that tren boost for a big lift, but without having my gut, sleep and CNS fucked for weeks.
Pretty much none, but I have to say it still affects lipids pretty badly, the longer you run it. And this is what you can measure with bloodwork, we all know it is toxic so I would choose other options for the same results.How were your sides with less than 150 / week? Mine are minimal / zero.
That's pretty much my experience running at that dose. I find 100/wk of E to be a sweet spot that doesn’t wreck my bloodwork or sleep. I do get a bit of night sweats between 12am and 2am. I would say honestly ment has been the best for just growing. For me it’s like a wet tren in terms of strength increases and only a quarter of a milliliter is needed. Without the psychological side effects and effect on blood assay in the kidney and liver, it’s definitely something that changes quality of life and seems healthier for the off season. The lack of effect on breathing also means work capacity is better.I really hope the compound that will be THE CHANGE for me is MENT.
MENT (I hope) will give me the same increase in growth rate that test gave me. The same strength Sdrol gave me. just with the possibility of running it for extended periods of time (8 weeks +) and the burden of having a very close eye at Estrogen sides & management as well as BP management.
It's definitely toxic, no getting around that.
I had this conversation with a coach yesterday tho - guys taking 600 - 1000 mg masteron weekly instead of tren are not exactly winning over guys taking 20 mg tren daily. masteron / DHT's wreck HDL also. Lots of us are on aggressive lipid lowering treatment to minimize LDL impact. In terms of the "same results" at least aesthetically I think the only thing that comes close to tren would be a combination of mast and winny, both of which are going to wreck the lipid profile also. Now we can get into the details of all the other tren related toxicities (there are many), but at a dosage of less than 140 mg per week run for 4 to 6 weeks, i'm curious as to what the other options would be to achieve that same look / results. They seem to all include other lipid-killing compounds that are similarly toxic at the effective dosages needed to approximate tren. Hell even 50 mg of winny per day is 2x the total weekly androgen load of a 20 mg daily tren ace.
