And heres another one....do you just buy them Over-The-Counter like you would any other product, or do you buy them from research labs or something?

powders are in almost every country

they are not over the counter in any that i know of

but some countries like usa , uk , canada , germany
you'll never get them

but there are many countries where money talks
and if you tracked down the right people and offered the right price
im sure you could get powder
