What did you inject today?

Did you feel that bpc and tb helped? Im going through shoulder issues and may need surgery also. Im trying whatever I can do to see if I can heal it before I consider surgery.
it's helped im sure, i have no idea "when" this happened, honestly, the bicep tendon i feel "let go" while i was just moving something at home, (not in gym) was "uncomfortable" for a few days , but i didn't lose strength or rom which is weird imo, the rotator cuff was likely when i was "tboned" by a car doing 65+ mph in a car accident in 2022 , i broke my back in two places L1-2 and the impact was so violent it was on the passenger side door where impact occured,, i plan on using at least 5 mg per day of bpc157 daily right after surgery, currently doing 1-2 mg daily , idk , this is all so f up and im still trying to wrap my head around the post op journey which is long and tedius,,

using 30G x 1/2" needle into delt.

i found out that warming the vials in hot water (inside that baggie) helps cause GSO is pretty thick for 30G needle, it takes more than minute to push 0,9ml of unheated oil via that thin needle.

anyway, ussually some friend is pinning me and i have to tell, its very uncomfortable to pin with my left hand into my right delt. but i guess its about getting used to it.

anyway, ussually some friend is pinning me and i have to tell, its very uncomfortable to pin with my left hand into my right delt. but i guess its about getting used to it.

Side delts are easy peasy, wait until you try the rear dellts haha.

To me, GSO felt like water after getting used to castor oil with 29G and sometimes with no heating at all.

i cant imagine how you pin rear delt tbh.
now that i added glutes to rotation, every muscle is will be hit once every 14 days with M/W/F frequency. i think thats good enough.

if not, VG will be next probably.

i have gso and sesame mix now so thats okay, i dont have experience with castor tbh but its thickest, right?

It’s like syrup.

Yeah that’s a good tactic, I have also 4 spots bilaterally so I hit each spot every 8th pin and I do eod. Helps big time to prevent scar tissue.

yea i dont wanna scar tissue anywhere.
all guys i know are pinning in their ass only with 18/21G. one guy, after 8 years has only one good ass cheek and he complaints. they are affraid to pin anywhere else and wont use smaller needle cause "takes too long to push in", i dont understand...

27G for quads (and VG in future), 30G for delts and for ass i have only 23G available... 25 would be better i guess

Yeah same feedback here, one guy I spoke the other day said he pins MWF only on glutes. I currently use only 25G, 1 inch and doing side delts, rear delts, lats and pecs. I don’t see myself ever doing glutes or quads.

damn pecs are scary in my head. i have that scene from pulp fiction in my head...

why not quads? serious question, i see lot of guys say "never quads", for me its best site so far.
 
i have no problems with quads, some people have had bad experiences, but for me 1" 25 g and i don't even feel it, ,
I do the exact same and never had any issues. I hear lot of “horror” stories about it but I’ve done it for 10 years off and on depending what I’m doing. Especially for just some test it’s just easy.

tbh cant wait to get lean enough to use that 30Gx1/2", needle is so thin, very comfortable pin...

ive heard that some guys hit nerve ending and its stupidly painfull.

i only had a "nerve" problem when i went to low on the quad , closer to the knee, the needle literally shot out when i pushed it in , lol that was enough for me to not use them for quite some time, i eventually went higher like @Juiced_lizard mentioned and its one of the most convenient ways to dump some volume into your quads,,

Besides the pip, reduced mobility, increased risk of muscle tear during heavy sessions I’d be really scared to dodge all these veins. And I’m not even close to being lean enough haha
