What did you inject today?

Bad cholesterol man, you need to fix this. Also, this is the highest potassium levels I've ever seen. I'd be worried tbh.
Worried is not the word to use here.. proactive to get a couple of things in check.. I take a statin on cycle to keep ldl down.. would have been cool to see CRP and some liver values though

You got a favorite kind of statin? You just take it daily while on the whole time?
I take lipitor or but crestor is a little more potent person mg I believe. I go 40mg on cycle and 20mg off.. If my lazy ass did more cardio probly 20 on 10 off. I use to run 2-4miles a day.. not so much the last year... primo and anavar had jacked my lipids up..

Worried about the 7,2 potassium, not his lipids (yet).

I had kind of written off MOTS-C as a failed experiment, but I've noticed the past month my workouts have gotten much better. I'm able to sustain higher intensity for much longer. Fat loss has also perplexingly accelerated in spite of pushing below 11% body fat.

I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this from MOTS-C? I'm still trying to figure out if it's really the catalyst. I had actually attributed it to dropping alcohol, but I was only having one standard glass-sized margarita a week. Nothing else has changed. My plan was to just finish out the kit, but now I'm feeling like I need to get another. 5mg once a week is my current dose. I started at 5mg three times a week for a month or so (I've already forgotten).

If it is the MOTS-C, it definitely took some lead time to take effect.
Yeah, I love MOTS-C. 5mg per week is way too little, imo. Even 5mg 3x per week is going to take a minute to produce results (like I believe you experienced). I've run up to 40mg per day, but tend to stick around 10mg to 20mg ED or EoD depending on what type of workouts I'm doing (aerobic / cardio focused vs strength / hypertrophy focused).

I see the Jay Campbell protocol widely followed and a lot of folks disappointed in the results or lack thereof. MOTS-C isn't magic, but it's definitely in my top 5 peptides alongside BPC, TB, Reta and GH. Just think folks gotta run it higher or longer than 15mg per week.

Have you tried sr9009? It does the same thing as mots c and it's cheaper. You have to inject though because of oral bio availability.

I have tried the injectable version of SR9009 and did really like it. Once I bet back into cycling I’ll start playing with that again.

My understanding is it’s a rev-erb agonist whereas mots-c works via AMPK modulation. Both having positive impact on mitochondria function. My preference for frequent use would be mots-c just since it’s actually being investigated clinically whereas I’m not sure that SR9009 has the same amount of data behind it; it may, I’m admittedly less informed on it.

dropped everything on 18.01, telmisartan few days more in.. then just 3 shots until 03.02 of 100mg test E i guess
What is your telmi dose? It inhibits potassium excretion which could be the culprit for your hyperkalemia. It may be a good idea to lower the dose and implement a non potassium sparing diuretic like hctz. Also add a statin, calcification is irreversible.

Jay came out of the gate hot as the "peptide guy" but has more misses than hits. Still has a hard-on for 100 ug/d SLUpp.

If you like his content, use it as a starting point for your own research.
