i just noticed those "caps" on those vial adapters, honestly thats the ONLY REASON why haven't started using those , "i thought there wasn't a cap",, What a duhh moment on my part Cool

They are the caps off of 3ml excel syringes.. they are the best vial adapters tho. I nice friend send me a whole box full of those Braun vial adapters with the filters.. they are worthless imo.. not good for multiple vial draws and narta was using some and the high bb from his gear melted them. I dont like the idea of my gear just staying soaked in the filter, especially with higher bb..

this is an instruction from the coach, we are about to compete, i currently eat 100g of carbohydrates on days off and 200g on training days, i forgot to mention 6iu novorapid before training.

personal, i wouldnt use anavar and T4, but more masteron/eq

Correct doesn’t mix technically but I give it a few finger flicking and it’s good to go

Yeah, true, not bad, it's probably the most test-e I had since a long time ago, I am a heavy aromatizer and just testing waters to see how it goes (very different how I react to injecting daily as opposed to injecting 2 times per week on long esters, at same dosage).
Got a swollen knee out of it so far, not sure if it's related though. Plan to get 400 Test, 400 EQ and 100 Tren-E later on, if all goes well, at least EQ and Tren I tolerate just fine.

I dropped the EQ .. my E2 was already on the low side starting this cycle and 3 weeks in i can just feel it's crashed.. Ordered some labs lastnight.. So we (the tiger and I) decided to drop the Eq up the mast and keep the deca for joint support
