i do it mainly because i was trying to figure out my shit sleep at night , so i eliminated the nighttime bolus, i then moved it to after training , but decided that early morning bolus before my meals etc would fit my routine , i wait 2+ hrs before i eat and then its not a very carb rich meal , higher protein low fat ,Can I ask, why do you pin the GH in the morning ?

it doesn't really matter when you take it though , its been discussed before how hgh timing is minute in the grand scheme, as long as your consistent with doses etc, Ime this has been true to form. But again everyone is different so theres that.Can I ask, why do you pin the GH in the morning ?
Sleep should be actually better on GH, assuming you inject more than your natural production. It only effs your sleep if you inject like 1IU or 2IU tops. In my case, not even then, I slept the same.
Also, I would not inject it less than 4 hours before any activity, like eating.

I think I directed to Kurt previously, out of all the people out there, he actually explains things in such a way that is makes perfect sense and I actually understand it, not just take it a dogmatic rule.

I also eat before bedi can try ir, why not. but im not goin to bed fasted, i ussually eat my last meal with plenty of carbs and die in bed from pleasure. i like to eat a lot before bed.
Definitely everybody is different, for some, GH makes them sleepy. I tried AM pins, nothing different for me, but I still prefer before bed, habit I guess.again , Everyone acts differently from hgh and sleep, Alot of factors come into play, on paper it sounds amazing and dreamlike, but in reality it messes with alot of peoples sleep rhythms

I have some 8mm pins on the way, these were just cheap and readily available.Nice! You could buy some 0,5ml BD for the peps. It's easier to dosage and 8mm instead of 12,7. Are you lean enough to pin the test IM or you doing it subc?

first 1.1ml pin of test cyp today ( first ever pin above 1ml). 242 mg, got every bit of oil outta that fuckass syringe. slight welt occurred, but its all good now. ever since the heavenly idea of using castor Oil occurred to me, wuad injections are a breeze.
MCT does not really agree with me. GSo doesnt either.why was it issue to pin quads and why it isnt now?
amen, I wish more vendors would do at least a 50/50 blend between MCT/castor to get the benefits of both.Castor and pharma CSO are the only oils i really enjoy pinning. But because my access to CSO is limited rn and Castor holds so much better, I switched exclusively to Castor at the moment.
It does not cause big knots, it does not cause any issues with PIP, ever. even when it presses on a nerve, it seems more tolerable (that part is probably placebo tho)
So yeah. Castor oil for the win.
I have no idea, to be honest. If you ask me, by what I see with the guys I know and the people I follow on various social media, in bodybuilding, I think most of it it's just for show, most of the pro bodybuilders seem to not know much, in terms of training, gear, nutrition, they just know what works for them, even if that might not be optimal. its more than a hobby , or that is another way to look at it, either or its more than the Average joe, thats what i kinda mean , we are "Enhanced" and running tip top at the hormone levels , which your average gym person is not, unless you go to a hardcore gym where the chicks bench as much as you, lol then your on your own hahabut isnt that correct? me, i dont compete or plan to (okay maybe some day i would try it, just for the experience of prep, in mens physique), i dont do sport where i would take advantage of ped's, im not powerlifter, or strongman. i dont need drugs.
im just regular guy in gym that likes to train. i use druga cause i want to and i can. i could do same without drugs. im just speedrunning the process, i wanna try different drugs to see what does what. i wanna look good in tshirt for bigger part of the year and good without tshirt in summer.
i also like that i can train much harder with drugs, and recover from it.
