Usually, my bulking protocol consisted of:
- 1250-1750 mg Sustanon
- 750-1000 mg Equipoise
- 50 mg Anadrol (used during the last four weeks of an eight-week mesocycle)
As for
HGH,
Humalog,
Retatrutide, and
Jardiance, I keep them in year-round, simply adjusting the dosages depending on appetite and food intake.
At the moment, I’m taking in about
400 grams of carbs around training — split as
150 pre-workout, 50 intra, and 200 post-workout. That's why you see so much insulin around training.
However, this year I really want to scale things back and just be metrosexual . As I mentioned, my training has actually been improving on lower doses. I’m 43 now — it’s time to ease off. If I can maintain around
110 kg lean, that would be absolutely ideal (I’m 182 cm tall).
After all I started bodybuilding at 33 years old, I can consider my development decent enough.
