I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but recently there was a video by Vigorous Steve, not to be taken very seriously, but you could watch it, it talks about kidney markers and kidney health. Not sure I am allowed to link it here.
i dont watch his stuff but i will check. thanks!
i was considering writting messeage to dave crossland from drugs & stuff podcast, he should know about gear & kidney health cause he fucked up his so i imagine he had to dig info
My cystatin C was a bit high on cycle then after coming off and dropping HGH it went back to normal. Getting a urine ACR is very cheap and a great test of kidney function. I'd recommend getting it done
i will retest in 4-5 weeks from
now, on cruise dose. from my understaning, they filter all blood and i was at 750 test + 4iu gh daily + at that point, second week of 50mg anadrol daily.
ive searched through chat gpt (i know i know) and it seems like gh is known cullprint. i will attach part of its response:
GH is well known to:
• Increase cystatin C independently of GFR
• Increase cellular turnover
• Increase cystatin production
This is documented even in non-athletes on GH replacement.
GH can raise cystatin C without damaging kidneys.
anyway, if next test will be high as well, i will
do urine analysis.
cause im always well hydrated, i have low bp (under 120/70 even on anadrol), i dont drink or take rec. drugs that could impact them, for years and counting, and non of the stuff i took is toxic to them.
it seems like they are in stress from high anabolic load and thats clear signat for me to calm the fuck down a bit.
sooo plan is to cruise until may/june and then increase test for summer, if wverything will be good.
