That's good news for me because after this shoulder surgery, my whole body seemed to have shrink. I'm super flat and my surgical shoulder has atrophied so much.

with my surgeries i had the same exact experience. you just atrophy so quickly it hurts to see. all of the small daily movements stop, and you atrophy due to a complete lack of mechanical stimuli. the actual tissue loss starts after around 3 weeks of complete lack of movement tho. until then, you are good.

The flatness is the most depressing part tho. makes ya feel like a sack of potatos

Similarly heavy gym training creates permanent myonucler cell increase. This doesn't go away for a very long time..maybe forever

To be fair, I am quite sure it goes away once the person is dead, of that we can be certain )

sounds great, i hope it will be okay. i will pin delts for while i think, that togeather with thin mct oil should help with relasing hormone faster.

i think his trt is that nebido and he is currently blasting higher test with e ester.

The Dutch Nebido is like butter. Love it. Will buy way more when I have a stable job. EOW injections are such a relief after such a long time (bout 6 years now) pinning atleast twice a week, for about 2 years daily, all IM cause I feel way off on subq....

I'd say it's a cycle, but it's been a pretty rough few weeks for training so I do skip some of the test e shots and do 2 at once for when I can actually train.


The original plan was test u base at 250/w and half a cc of test e/w for 375/w total, with 10mg daily var but it's a waste of gear for weeks I can only squeze 1 session in.

For now it seems every other week I can actually train enough to justify some extra, so FOR NOW it seems so that I just pin my test e with the nebido the ~sunday (that was today morning this time) before I get to train normally and take 25mg var PWO only. (okay I may have popped a dbol 25 today too for giggles)

I was dead in the middle of a blast when I had to look for a new job that is only temporary, the place I worked at got shut down for "inhumane work environment" lol. I also got influenza on NYE so yay.

This is far from optimal and I would advise against it, it isn't fun being a different person every week for anyone but myself, I love feeling great when it's time to go but miss being chill day-to-day way more than I'd like to admit.

I did manage to find an excuse for myself though, I shot the test in the morning, so NATURALLY I needed a push

i think its perfectly valid reason to use orals here and there cause i/you wanna have harder and longer workout and push more.

there are days when it just "clicks", i have exact time for 1/2/3 meals, have time to spend 2,5-3h in gym and its my happy time.

some guys here are very "exact" about their trainin and diet but lets be honest, most of us are not that case and we are using drugs to tip the scale.

aaaand i think its perfectly fine, its my/your life. important is to make free informed decision.

Yeah, the gym has been the love of my life for now, I'd do whatever to have a solid session, if I can be there for hours on end, I will be.

I used to be the exact training and to some degree food guy for years, I just don't have the options or capacity to do that now. I'll do what I can and try to make the most of it while keeping the fun part going as much as my life allows. I do miss the times where 300mg/w including orals was all I needed cause everything was clicking, it's not fun sacrificing my personality and physical features just to try and improve a bit with every other week being a literal off week... I've lost more hair in the past month than I have the first 3 years of blasting and cruising and the results are nowhere near.

BP in check, Heart rate is back to 68 while sleep, weight shooting up, already +12-18kg since last comp (within 8 weeks lul) - gym strenght is bad, but pumps are 10/10 and my look/size is on an alltime high. cant even breath.. my cpap is running 17/20..

edit: 2x per week on restday i eat 1/2 carbs (350) and inject 12iu HGH bolus pre bed..

so my workouts went from 2 sets HIT to 4 sets Volume
idk if i builded any muscles , mayb most water .. its only pump/volume gainz.. no strenght.. idk - think less carbs or roids would work better on me.. so i can train harder on strenght without these blocking pumps.. but i just ride those waves and take the body weight gain

Damn, I hated Clen. It either caught me in a bad mood, or that's what it does for me, but at around 60mcg per day I could no longer fall asleep, swarming in bed like a crazy person and ill tempered as well.

On topic, 1/7 (too lazy to do math) of 500mg Test E, 600mg EQ, 100mg Tren E. Just because I had it premixed, when it runs out, I will change the ratios for more Test, less EQ, maybe no Tren or more Tren, based on how I feel and look.
