Hey guys first time on here and my first post hopefully more to come ok here we go. So i'm 5'6 200lbs im not fat im a big stocky guy im very athletic i dont look 200lbs but i want to be very muscular and maybe lose 15lbs im debating on getting EQ my friend recommends it since he was a personal trainer. he said since of my size all i need is to change my diet and get 2 viles of eq.
my first question is i have no idea how to change my diet like what is good bad or how much i should eat etc..
2nd i workout hard i get bigger and stronger but i dont like the look maybe someone knows a really good routine cause mine isnt working as good as it has in the past.
3rd if i do decide on steroids what should i get?
4th should i continue on aerobic exercises and running or just weight lifting (my goal is to be a very big guy) so thanks for reading this hopefully you guys can help me out send me a message either on here or email
