What do you eat when "there's nothing to eat"?

Whats your go to food when theres nothing to eat? Atleast once a week, I do that thing where you keep opening the fridge repeatedly, as if something's gonna just appear. I usually just break down and order a pizza.
 
Haha I do that fridge thing every hour. Depends what I'm doing, if I'm cutting I usually eat a fruit if I'm bulking the first thing that I see will be on a plate. Also depends on how many calories I have consumed that day. Yogurt, fruits, ice cream pbj sandwich like I said anything lol.

Lol its a strange question..Because if there would be nothing to eat then the one can only eat other's brains.. :D
But i always keep some snacks,chocolates,nuts,almonds ..And i will eat them in that condition...
 
There is always something to eat in my fridge, now whether or not it's what I want to eat it's a different story.

If I keep opening the fridge door looking for something to eat because I'm bored, and what I'm looking for still won't appear, then I just drink some Milk. Eventually after I open that fridge door enough times, I'll find what I was looking for...lol
 
i assume your dieting or else what to eat shouldnt be an issue.. i also assume you have 2 dollars and a car.. go drive to the store and buy a few cans of tuna, best food ever for dieting
 
That is funny, what will you eat if you have nothing? But I assume you have money? You can buy fruits then or whatever you like eating. It depends on the mood, but I often crave for nuts. I can resists from meal as long as I have nuts to chew. :D
 
Yes, I really hate when I do this because it almost always means that I'm bored. This is when its easiest for me to gain weight, but not the good kind. Try to stay busy, boredom eating is pure evil to me.

I usually cook up some oatmeal because its filling and cheap. Along with that I also like that fact that its pretty good for you as well as low calorie due to most of it being water.
 
If I am being fat I will just go grab some food from McD's or order a pizza. If i am trying to shed lbs I will concoct something crazy - usually involving something weird like dipping carrots in mustard/hot sauce.

What happened to the Atkins, Paleo and fried lard? :confused:
Celery, red, green and yellow peppers sauteed in MCT and olive oil.
 
HMMM...thats when I use my imagination and start throwing things together that by themself look unappetitizing. My goal is that if i mix enough stuff together it will be appealing
 
I seriously never feel full. I can eat all day and end up puking cuz my stomach is so stuffed but my head still wants to eat. Yet at the same time nothing sounds or tastes good most of the time so I don't want to eat. Usually when I'm looking for something to eat when I've already eaten everything at home I just end up eating fast food. Although, I try to at least eat Subway or something like that so I feel a little bit better about myself than if I were to eat McDonalds lol.

There are some good low carb options at Mickey D's now a days. You are right though, now a days the goal is to grab some cottage cheese instead.
